Monthly Rentals in Leadburn

I stayed at Heather's place for 6 nights with my parents in Sept 2024. We all enjoyed a perfect stay. It's a spacious, comfy and very tidy 2-storey house with excellent quality internal furnishings & appliances. Kitchen has all you need to dine in; comfy beds (a double & a king - upstairs bedrooms) and fantastic luggage storage space; living room has a great big sofa; and we even managed to enjoy the lovely back garden one sunny Sept morning! View of the Pentland Hills from the bedrooms makes it a peaceful stay. We didn't have a car but found 2 bus stops at 10min walks from the house with easy ~20min rides into central Edinburg (on several bus routes). Highly recommended for your Edinburgh trip away from the tourist crowds but still convenient and very well managed. Thank you, Heather!

Lovely house. Could do with a bit of an upgrade on the kitchen equipment/crockery/utensils. But overall a lovely place. Location, if you are really looking for peace and quiet out of the city life, this is a place to be. 30 minutes out of Edinburgh. No shops around. You have to drive everywhere. For me personally this would be a perfect place for about 3 days not longer.

It was a good experience staying in the pod . We enjoyed hot tub the most , beautiful area you can see the cows and sheep from the pod. It was clean but didn't smell very nice when we entered, BBQ doesn’t work properly and it wasn't cleaned properly when we arrived at the pod. Overall it was great 3 nights stay in there really enjoyed and need to mention one thing, checkout time was 4 pm but we arrive 1 hour earlier but Anna let us in and also she extended 1 hour checkout time ,really appreciate that . I would highly recommend this place.

What an absolutely beautiful find this was. The Pentland Cosy was exactly as described and more and in superb condition. We were unsure of what time we would arrive but nothing was too much for the host who was very helpful and available if we needed anything or had any questions. Definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a get away, there was plenty to do and see and we hope to see you again soon
