Little Nook is the separate detached barn annexe adjacent to our home, Three Nooks. In the distant past it used to be a chicken shed. There are no neighbours save for a herd of cows and it is a very peaceful, private place. Towards the rear is a hot tub, a small seating area and arbour with benches and a table. There are wonderful uninterrupted views across the fields from the balcony and a view down the driveway through the round window. Peace and quiet reign. SkySports, box sets and Netflix.

Home Farm cottage was once part of the Lytham Hall estate, we are nestled on a farm of 400 acres with stunning woodland walks, 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive to Lytham town and all its famous attractions. Including our neighbours Lytham Hall a stunning Grade I listed Georgian House and grounds dating back to the 12th Century.
