Charming little wooden house, located in the heart of Sanguinet. 800m walk to lake and 500m to shops. It is composed on the ground floor, one bedroom, kitchen, living room, bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, two sleeping areas on the mezzanine. A fully fenced garden of 350 sqm, our house is fully equipped. You are 20 minutes from the Biscarrosse ocean, 20 minutes from Arcachon and the Dune du Pilat.50€ cleaning fee will be charged upon arrival. Very happy stay. 😉

You won't be short of activities or if you were, visit the Teich Tourist Office website ;) Close to the train station, you can easily go to Arcachon (15 min) or Bordeaux (30 min). During school holidays, rent from Saturday to Saturday only.
