Bathroom with walk-in shower. A mezzanine with a 140 cm bed. Outside, a Jacuzzi for 4 people and a terrace with sunbathing.

28 m² studio for rent located in Le Teich with a small garden. Nice and very bright studio. Railway nearby. No pets allowed. Respect for the premises and the neighborhood. No loud music, no partying. Peaceful and quiet place. Please do not smoke in the studio, an ashtray is waiting for you on the terrace. No access other than to guests who have booked. A surveillance camera is installed in the garden. This is used to deter thieves.
