If you're looking for a quiet and relaxing place, you've come to the right place: Our cottage is located on the edge of the forest. With independent access and an enclosed garden, you can enjoy a barbecue under a starry sky in the summer or sip a cocktail in the garden furniture. Apartment located upstairs (no disabled access), very close to the center, 5-10 min walk to the train station, the Ornithological Reserve, the port with its 20 m high Belvedere, the lake (supervised beach July/August). Shops nearby.

My house is located in the center of Gujan-Mestras near the town hall, 300 m from the port and 500 m from the train station, all accessible on foot. Arcachon, the ocean beaches and the Dune du Pyla are 15 minutes away by car. Wooden house overlooking the street leading to the port (may be a little noisy) with a private terrace of 12 m2. It consists of a living room of 25 m2 including a bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bedroom of 11 m2 with private bathroom, walk-in shower and toilet

The studio is located in a neighborhood within walking distance of local shops, shopping mall, public transport and oyster ports. The ocean beaches and the Dune of Pyla are a few km drive away. The studio has a small exterior that is not overlooked. It is not large, 15 m2 downstairs and 7 m2 in the low mezzanine under the ceiling (1.30 m at the highest). Equipped with a 140 sofa bed with a real mattress, a 140 bed on the mezzanine, 2 mountain bikes.
