Welcome to our home! :-) We have equipped our apartment while trying to preserve its character (old building). It is conveniently located, in the heart of the very dynamic and multicultural Saint-Michel district (15 min walk to the train station and at the confluence of the four tram lines of Bordeaux), between the Saint-Michel Basilica and the Capucins covered market (open every morning except Monday). A tram connects to the airport. We entrust you with our adorable cat Hermès :) .

Our typical chalet-style house is a must for spending a vacation on the bay, the place is a heavenly cocooning where every detail has been thought of so that you can relax and escape, a tropical and Mediterranean garden surrounds every corner of the house, it is located in the countryside of the Eyre valley near Arcachon and Pyla 5 km from the bay and 25 from the ocean with no neighbors or noise. Surveillance cameras are present in the parking lot at the entrance to the house.

We welcome you with great pleasure to our private, independent and unoverlooked studio in the middle of the vineyards. It is located on the road to the castles, close to MARGAUX, and its classified great vintages. It consists of a pleasant 20 m² room offering all the necessary comforts (kitchenette, living room, large 160 bed, shower room and toilet, linen provided). You will have the opportunity to enjoy a private terrace of 50 m², (with jacuzzi) and a private entrance.

You will love the exceptional location of my apartment: the windows to the east and west allow you to see the sunrise AND sunset over the city and, the rest of the time, it is bathed in light. This is a bright studio located on the ground floor of a small stone building, in the heart of the Chartrons district, near the Jardin Public, the Paul Doumer tram station and many shops). The accommodation has a small fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (sink and shower) and separate toilet. The living area of the studio is composed of a bed 2 places, a sofa bed 2 places and a flat screen. The linen is provided.
