The property is a small organic-farm isolated in the forest The road is bumpy. You get there by car (not low cars) , on foot or by bicycle. The house 'consists of 1 double bedroom that has huge glass windows into the valley. 1 double bedroom prepared for apitherapy with two hives(summer), 1 bedroom with French bed. Downstairs there 'a nice kitchen and a relaxing dining-room . You can rent 2 e-Bike for a small amount and forget car! Outside you have a heated jacuzzi you can use at any time.

La Piccola Latteria è un edificio completamente autonomo. Dispone di un piccolo soggiorno, angolo cottura con 2 piastre, frigo e forno a microonde, un bagno interno ed al piano superiore una camera da letto con due letti singoli. Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. Il monolocale Primula è un’ottima soluzione per viaggiatori singoli o coppie che vogliano passare del tempo nella natura avendo anche i servizi di un piccolo centro. Dispone di un letto matrimoniale, un divano (convertibile in letto su richiesta) una cucina attrezzata, bagno con doccia e una zona living con caminetto e climatizzatore. Un piacevole panorama è visibile dal balcone. Il Wi-Fi ad alta velocità lo rende ideale per lo smartworking. Area giochi nel giardino di fronte all'appartamento.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

Breakfast is not part of the service, but the room is equipped with a breakfast station with a food warmer, kettle, minibar and assortment of disposable glasses/cutlery/plates. Casetta Pramor is a charming cottage surrounded by nature, ideal for an escape from city life. Recently renovated, it is equipped with a thick thermal coat that makes it ideal at any time of the year: cool in summer and warm and welcoming in winter. Although it is a few hundred meters from the city center, it enjoys deep quiet and privacy, well prepared to accommodate families, even with animals.
