I stayed in this vacation home for 3 days and the experience was really pleasant. The house is cozy, clean and well equipped, with everything you need to feel at home. The location is ideal, quiet but convenient to reach the main attractions of the area. The owner was very kind and helpful. Perfect for both a relaxing weekend and a quick getaway. I'll definitely be back!

In May 2025, we spent a week at Federica's - it was a wonderful time The apartment is spacious, super clean and in reality more beautiful than shown in the photos. The large terrace, where you can directly look out over the beautiful olive garden. A quiet environment, but the location is perfect for exploring the area. 15 minutes by car to Perugia - but Umbria is not only Perugia: Assisi - simply a must, then also e.g. Gubbio, Sansepolcro, Cortona, Spello and much more. Fantastic architecture, churches, palaces, museums with countless masterpieces by artists, which you can otherwise only read about in books or catalogs. Our hostess - Federica is an exceptionally friendly, nice and helpful person, she gave us many interesting tips, that have greatly enriched our vacation. Such a cute apartment. It has all of the things you need for a comfortable stay. It was stocked with plenty of linens, and was very clean. The location was great. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, and the lake. The apartment had a lovely view. Christian was very nice, and communicative. He checked in regularly to be sure I was comfortable and happy. He always responded quickly and was a pleasure to speak to. He met me personally to check in and explained everything about the apartment, and gave recommendations of things to do around. He is an excellent host.
