Edwards house has many decorations which make it feel part of the Chianti. It is a great pleasure to drive in the hills with woods and vineyards and olive-orchards. And everywhere you find beautiful villages. We were in the house when it was above 30 degrees, but the house stayed cool. We ate our dinners on the roof terrace with al beautiful view.

I’m thinking how to write a ‚serious’ review, but our experience was totally surprising…it felt to us like our fav auntie & uncle lent us their apartment for 4 days :-). We felt so relaxed, looked after and like we are part of the place. Hard to explain. It wasn’t official. It was polite, loving and carrying experience- like no other. We highly recommend 🇮🇹❤️. Perfect stop for wine lovers. I suggest you rent an e-bike as this spot is just 15-20 minutes from a dozen wineries (but be prepared to carry and store your bikes upstairs at night). Francesco was friendly, responsive, and helpful. place was as advertised. Clean and quiet. If I'm ever back in Tuscany I would stay here again.

If I could move in here permanently, I would. What a gorgeous stay with responsive and respectful hosts. Everything was as described, the hot tub was glorious, and we loved looking through the binder of photos of painstaking restoration over the years.
