The house is absolutely as advertised. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoking room). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

A great weekend spent in this beautiful accommodation. Matches the photos and descriptions, even beyond expectations, it seemed bigger than in the photos, very positive. Clean place where we felt right at home: cozy, cocooning and warm. A beautiful exterior for breakfast and other meals outside. A big thank you to Audrey for her exchanges and availability. I recommend it! ✨

We had a lovely stay at Bernadette's. She is very welcoming and available if we have a problem or question. Her place is very nice especially when you have a dog 🐕(the garden is fenced and secure). No parking worries, you can park inside. We highly recommend her accommodation if you pass by the area!

Very nice renovation for this small quiet house 15 min walk to the beach. Ideal for couples or a small family. We enjoyed the large enclosed garden, perfect for our dog. The accommodation is perfectly equipped and contact with Sébastien is very fluid and friendly. Perfect stay!

We had a pleasant stay at Émilie and Jean-Marc's. They were welcoming and available. The accommodation is as described, very well furnished, and very clean. The outdoor area is simply splendid, a perfect setting for relaxation, ideal for recharging your batteries. Special mention to the pool, which is a significant asset. We'll be happy to go back!

Ile de Ré is definitely an expensive destination, but well worth it! I recommend visiting outside of August if possible, as it can be quite busy and prices tend to be higher. We were very lucky with the weather during our stay — it was unusually hot and humid. Keep in mind that the house does not have air conditioning or fans. I mentioned this to Didier, the fabulous host, and he has since purchased fans for the house, which is much appreciated! The location is perfect for families and friends, allowing everyone to enjoy their preferred activities: biking, relaxing at the beach, or shopping in the charming local stores of La Couarde.

Wild Dunes was even better than we expected. Clean, bright, airy with good size rooms and air conditioning in the main rooms. A beautiful garden, with a great pool, loungers and furniture plus outdoor games (petanque court, chess, darts, table tennis). 10-15 mins by bike to the local boulangerie and port. 1 hours walk to the lighthouse which was great with the dog. Clara and Pascal were lovely hosts. Always willing to help and make suggestions, without being obtrusive. While it was not an issue for us and only my opinion, the garden is great for adults and older children but not what I would call 'foolproof' for young children or 'excitable' dogs. Various steps, flagstone paths with pebbles and only a small grassy area offer some risk of accident. Having said that the pool was great, with good safety features and our dog had a great time communicating with the other dogs and there was plenty of room at the front and sides to sniff around. So maybe I'm over thinking it.

We rented this beautiful family home for a beautiful family reunion weekend. The bedding is very comfortable, the house is spacious, warm, authentic offering many ping pong, basketball, sauna, blanket pool, a big plus for pool safety, reading, board games... Every generation will find something like this. A big thank you for this wonderful stay, with a special mention at the Edgar and Alfred concierge. Jean-Christophe responded to all our requests both in advance and during the stay. A top welcome! We'll be happy to go back!

Hi, It's always a real pleasure to come and stay here! The listing is as described and photographed. The location is nice in its tropical landscape. The pool and hammam delight everyone. However, we were disturbed by the dog poop that had not been picked up by the previous tenants. If you have a dog, please respect the vacationers... It's a matter of civility and I don't think it's up to the owners to pick that up... The lawn of the front and back garden was unfortunately overgrown during our stay, we were not able to enjoy the garden behind the house. But we'd love to stay here again!

We enjoyed Bruno's accommodation which is functional, well located and good for the few days we spent on Oleron Island. Bruno is very helpful and very responsive and gave us good information about access to his home. We had no problems finding the residence and the explanations were very clear. Beautiful house, very good bedding and very well maintained / easy to use (ground floor). The fenced and secure park (with playground) for children - ideal! Living room with wood stove, very pleasant in the evening and cocooning - a haven of peace. Very responsive host on the platform, beach recommendations and easy communication. Very pleasant house in a good location. The accommodation is well-equipped, both inside and out (garden furniture, barbecue, covered terrace...). Its location, very central for visiting the island and close to shops, in a quiet area. We had a great time.

Ideal location (close to the beach (10 min walk) and the city center of St Trojan (20 min walk)) in a quiet neighborhood. The accommodation is very functional. Good quality wifi that allows you to work remotely. Jean-Marc is a responsive and present host if necessary, without being intrusive. Want a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation, don't hesitate!

We had a great stay in Manon’s charming home. It’s located near the bridge to Île de Oleron, with easy access to beautiful beaches. We enjoyed sitting in the garden in the evening. Manon was very responsive and helpful for any questions we had.

We consider ourselves to be among the lucky ones who have had the opportunity to rent Denis' house and how can we not agree with the previous comments? - The first contact with Denis was by phone and we already felt that it was going to match because we already felt the friendliness, then it was the physical welcome with a smile, the attention to detail to present in depth each feature of each room and equipment. During our stay, we were able to see Denis' responsiveness and availability, always with the concern to satisfy us. - The house, what to say, the volume, the cleanliness, the functionality everywhere, the kitchen equipment in abundance. We took full advantage of the outdoor space in the shade of the magnolia (36°) and also thanks to the barbecue and outdoor kitchen available to us. So, we were able to enjoy this family moment in absolute calm. Congrats...
