The old stone house has been all rebuilt in 2022. It is located in Le Grand Village Plage on Oléron Island. Old salt pan at 100m, forest at 400m et the wild beach of Les Allassins is 1km by foot or bike on the cycle track. This house offers all necessary equipment to spend a nice and confortable holiday time: 2 bedrooms, a mini terrasse, a full equipped kitchen and a beautiful bathroom with an Italian shower. 2 stars in the French tourist accreditation. Perfect for a family of 4 to 5. Welcome

We enjoyed the slower pace, the beautiful pool, the private BQ seating area, and the indoor space was perfectly decorated and suited our needs well. We're in France 12 days, and this was by far, the best leg of our journey. Be sure to take Celine's restaurant recommendation - it was the icing on the cake. Some equipment could do with being repaired or replaced so that everything is perfect. We'll be happy to go back!

This house is in a very good location, close to the viaduct, in a quiet area. The entrance is through the kitchen and there is on the ground floor the living room, toilet and bedroom with shower room. Upstairs, a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a toilet, then at the end of the hallway, a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with bunk beds, and finally a shower room. Pile what suited our needs. Amélie is an attentive, responsive and attentive host, it was a great pleasure to connect with her. Its decoration is charming, it was able to infuse character and island charm. Thank you Amélie!

The only downside: two of the 3 adult bikes were not usable... That said, the accommodation was so nice that I would return without problem. And Madeleine is very responsive to messages.

Christelle personally welcomed us into the unit, and provided several helpful recommendations. We enjoyed the balcony for an afternoon "apéro" and coffee in the living room which faces a quiet courtyard. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. La Rochelle is a gem!
