Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

If you are looking for calm, this is the ideal house at the foot of Puy Mary in the place called Louradou. at the start of various hikes, GR400, mountain biking, TRAIL, cross country skiing, snowshoeing. 15 km from Lioran ski resort (if road is clear). 15 minutes from the Jordanne Gorges, Lake Graves Grocery store, bakery, restaurant 1.5 km from the house. Aurillac 25 km away weekend or other rental, except July and August by the week.

Restored with exposed stones and beams, this pretty house consists of three levels, a kitchen on the ground floor, a floor with office, bedroom with two single beds, sleeping area with a double bed (isolated from other guests by a separation), bathroom and a modern basement with a bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as a laundry room. Welcome to a pleasant little independent chalet, nestled in the valley of the Petite Rhue in the town of Le Claux, to enjoy a magnificent panoramic view. This chalet has an elevated terrace with private spa to better recharge and relax. Inside you will find a kitchen equipped with a seating area, a bathroom and a separate toilet, upstairs a bedroom with a double bed and a small room with 2 single beds.

Come and discover the Prince's nest! Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette).
