Beautiful apartment very near the train station. We had a lovely stay!

Really nice spot. Simple, clean and right at the (almost private) beach. Fresh agricultural produce by roadside farmers 4 minutes by car. Roger is usually closeby and always approachable for questions and help.

We stayed in this fantastic apartment for two days. We had a great time, very clean apartment, equipped with all comforts (air conditioning, washing machine, large bathroom, iron). Apartment not very large but with an excellent terrace, well-equipped kitchen area and equipped with everything you need for breakfast and lunch. Very convenient parking and the sea is a stone's throw away. Great experience.

It is a home on the outskirts of the town near the airport. A good place if you have to sleep near the airport. The studio is very nice and comfortable.

We felt very comfortable in Simona's apartment. It is large and everything is clean, functional and tastefully decorated. Simona even gave us a bottle of wine and cookies. The terrace is really nice and large, it's just a pity that it has no garden furniture so that you can also use it. It would have been so nice to sit outside! That would still have to be changed. Everything else is excellent.

Villa Raffaele's Scirocco apartment comes exactly as the description and the photos available on the Airbnb page. The amenities are operational both in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The air conditioning allows, at certain times of the day, to cool the air and thus be able to rest without suffering from the heat. The rooms are very nice and quiet, the kitchen offers cooking and food preservation opportunities, like at home. The views of the terrace, or the rooftop of the villa are beautiful, and we loved getting up in the morning facing the bright blue Ionian sea. It's a great place to recharge peacefully, away from the urban hustle and bustle, in a splendid setting. Access to the sea can be done on foot, crossing a small tunnel under the road, in less than 15 minutes. Nearby businesses, especially on the Botricello side, are plentiful and offer all kinds of food.

The house is completely renovated, has a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, extremely clean and equipped with everything you need. Direct beach access via a staircase. We had a great time!

Great location. Convenient walk to the beach promenade and the old city. Bed was very comfortable. The unit faces a fairly quiet side street.

Bruno's apartment is a spacious studio, beautifully renovated, with excellent materials, a nice bright bathroom with a very large shower. In addition to the quality of the apartment, there are also the small "goodies" that make you feel at home, such as water in the fridge, chips and croissants, clean sheets and towels. Great location in Isola di Capo Rizzuto, with many beautiful beaches just a few minutes by car! Bruno was super kind and available throughout our stay, recommending beaches and places to go right away. REALLY GREAT EXPERIENCE.

We had a great time. Privacy and calm surrounded by the Calabrian countryside landscape. A few minutes from the beaches and without the chaos of the town. Claudia and her husband are helpful and welcoming.

Wonderful experience. Mr. Pasquale was super helpful and welcoming both at check-in/check-out and during the stay, we felt at home. The house is spacious, clean and new. Centrally located, right in front of the castle and, consequently, a stone's throw from the beach and clubs. I highly recommend it and, if we were to come back, we would definitely come back here. Massimo is a very welcoming host. He made sure that we had everything we needed. The Appartement is small but contains everything you need for cooking and was super clean. The area is very beautiful and the forests are serene. It is the perfect spot for going on hikes and longer daytrips. We had a great stay!
