Loved the simplicity of the apartment, I had thought it was looking out to sea my bad I did not read the description properly ( clearly stated it looked on to courtyard ) as I thought the picture was it , not the description but I might not have booked on that basis but SO glad I did location clearly made up for no sea view. Highly recommended

Daniel a toujours proposé un logement digne de ce nom. Logement propre, avec un très bon emplacement, et l’arrêt de bus juste au pied de l’immeuble. Daniel sait se montrer actif, mais aussi sympathique et agréable.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Christophe et Élodie , dans une résidence calme et arborée dotée de trois piscines. L'appartement est très propre et bien équipé, de plus l'arrêt de bus à proximité permet de se déplacer facilement sans véhicule. Hôtes très accueillants, réactifs et attentionnés, nous les recommandons sans hésitation !

Lovely flat in a quiet residential area, a short walk away from the centre of Cannes. Flat is spotless and full of the creature comforts required for an enjoyable stay in Cannes. Excellent host, responsive and proactive and very friendly. The off road parking is an added bonus. Highly recommended.

Laetitia was very accommodating with my late arrival time and was a very good communicator. The apartment is lovely and has everything you could possibly need . It’s very light and spacious and homely . The balcony is very nice and it’s a great location . I felt very comfortable there - a home away from home and made my trip very easy and stress free . I would definitely like to go back !

We had a fantastic stay at this place! The view was absolutely stunning, and the location is just a short walk from the sea! The host was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with, which made everything smooth. The apartment was well-equipped with everything you might need, even while on vacation. One highlight for me was the makeup mirror! Overall, a convenient, and beautifully located spot that I’d happily return to. Highly recommended!

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

Lovely place to stay. A little out the hustle and bustle of the main streets of Cannes which was nice. Safe, peaceful, and comfortable. The terrace is the best part!!

Rymligt boende som var rent och fint. Perfekt med parkeringen utanför. Kan varmt rekommenderas!

La hôte s’est montrée très flexible quant à nos horaires d’arrivée, nous a donné des instructions très claires. Le logement était très propre, conforme aux photos, dans un endroit splendide et très calme. Je n’hésiterai pas à revenir.

Petit studio très bien situé, calme, avec une belle vue dégagée et arborée, très proche de la Croisette. Résidence agréable. Dominique est un très bon hôte pour la communication, l'accueil et la réactivité.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage: Die Nähe zum schönen Sandstrand, zu Restaurants und zum Supermarkt waren ideal. Kevin war sehr nett und hat uns die schöne Anlage zu Beginn ausführlich gezeigt und viele Tipps gegeben. Dankeschön :-)

Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben – die Wohnung war sauber, ordentlich und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist fantastisch, ruhig und dennoch zentral. Die Garage war ein großer Pluspunkt. Der Check-In und Check-Out verliefen völlig unkompliziert, und der Vermieter war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Merci beaucoup!

Un immense merci pour ce merveilleux séjour ! L’appartement est un vrai petit coin de paradis : face à la mer, calme, joliment aménagé et d’une propreté irréprochable. Tout est pensé pour qu’on s’y sente bien… et c’est réussi ! La place de parking est un vrai plus aussi. Un grand merci également pour votre accueil si chaleureux et votre gentillesse — cela fait toute la différence et nous a vraiment touchés. Nous repartons reposés, le sourire aux lèvres… et un peu tristes de devoir quitter ce petit bout de bonheur. On reviendra, c’est sûr, sauf si quelqu’un nous pique la réservation… alors on préfère prévenir : on garde un œil dessus ! 😉 À très bientôt, Karine & Flavien

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mathieu. Un accueil parfait par Marie Hélène qui a été adorable. Le logement est idéalement situé et les prestations (piscines / hammam / sauna) sont super. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et ces hôtes. Un grand merci et à bientôt

Sophie & Clément are great hosts. They allowed us to extend our trip longer than anticipated. Their apartment is lovely.

Céline est vraiment sympathique et aidante! Elle répond très rapidement et toujours disponible. Elle s’assure que tout est parfait et qu’il nous manque de rien. Le logement est très propre et la vue est superbe. L’épicerie juste en bas de l’immeuble est super pratique et il y a beaucoup de chose. Je recommande ce logement Merci encore Céline

Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien en we hadden een eigen parkeerplaats. Wij hebben vooral genoten van de tuin, die veel privacy had. We hebben Emanuelle alleen bij het vertrek en aankomst nodig gehad, En ze was in beide gevallen zonder probleem bereikbaar. Wij hebben 19 dagen van de accommodatie gebruik gemaakt. Een supermarkt, het strand en het centrum van Cannes zijn goed bereikbaar. Cornelia en Johannes.

I had a wonderful stay at Marco's place ! From the seamless check-in to the warm welcome, everything was perfect. The property is stunning, impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped. The kitchen had all I needed, and the pool room was perfect for relaxing. The location is fantastic, peaceful and quiet. I can't recommend this place enough ! If you're looking for a perfect getaway with a fantastic host, this is it. I'll definitely return on my next visit to Cannes. Thank you, Marco and your wife, for an unforgettable stay!
