Very nice apartment with 2 terraces, one overlooking a park. Quality amenities. Shops, playground nearby. Alexandra was always a very responsive host.

Very clean accommodation, great value for money. Proximity to transportation and Carnot Blvd, convenient for going down to Cannes, 10 min by bus and stop 50 m from the apartment. Looking forward to coming back. Recommended.

We were very satisfied with the apartment. The description has come true 100%. For all the places we wanted to visit, the accommodation was perfectly located. Also, the closed-off parking lot was commendable. The pool was quiet and of sufficient quality. We felt pretty safe at the place because the complex was closed to third parties. However, you should be careful of the aggressive mosquitoes and take sufficient precautions 😄 Access to the apartment with many suitcases is not ideal. Very satisfied all around. 5 stars from us.

Beautiful apartment. It has the best location. Walkable to every place we wanted to go. Beach bar, restaurants, old town, harbour. Recommend 100%. Host is extremely responsive and warm, instantly happy with by booking.

The apartment was very modern and very well equipped. Really great! We would come back. The bus station to Cannes/Mougins is very close.

This was my second time staying in Patrick & Muriel's apartment and they once again proved to be wonderful hosts. They demonstrated wonderful communication and care throughout my stay. I highly recommend them as hosts. The apartment itself remains a gem: spacious, quiet, and conveniently located to the city centre.

Great stay here, check in was really easy. Kevin welcomed us to the apartment showed us where everything was which was really helpful. Contacted us day after check in to make sure we had everything we needed and gave some recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Kevin was really responsive and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well equipped and peaceful. Huge bonus was the location to the beach, restaurants and a great supermarket. The apartment is in an ideal location to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Monaco. Underground Garage makes parking easy and the infinity pool with a view across to Nice was really lovely, again spotlessly clean with sunbeds. Well maintained communal areas and pretty gardens. Will definitely stay here again when visiting France and would 100% recommend to others 😊

The property cleaning fee of 100 Euro seems somewhat high! But it is worth as all is clean and tidy! so no issue.

Bright and cozy apartment right in the city center! Modern interior and everything you need for living. Alexandra, very nice and attentive, answered all questions quickly and the instructions were clear. I would especially like to mention how comfortable and cozy the bed and bedding in the bedroom were.

Our family of four loved this property for several reasons: The balcony offers a stunning view of the old town and the bay, and every window in the apartment—including the bathroom—features a beautiful outlook. It’s just a 15-minute downhill stroll to the old town, where you’ll find many great restaurants. We especially enjoyed Black Sails—they serve the best burgers! This Airbnb is one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed in. You can truly feel how meticulously the owner maintains the space, from the crisp bedding to the thoughtful details throughout. That said, there are two things to keep in mind: The elevator is frequently out of service. The unit is located on what would be considered the 6th floor by U.S. standards, so you may need to carry your luggage up and down and use the stairs daily. Although the unit comes with a parking space, it’s often occupied, and you may not always find an available spot.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean, exactly as described in the listing, and even exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort. One of the highlights was the spa bath — such a relaxing touch after long days of exploring. The space was well-equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay feel very easy and convenient. The location was generally good — a bit far from the train station on foot, but we took a short taxi ride and it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Absolutely loved our stay! It was the perfect location for our girls weekend, check in was so easy and Karine was very generous to let us leave our bags once we’d checked out so we could enjoy our final day before our flight home. The location is perfect with everything on your doorstep and the apartment is gorgeous and an amazing use of space - it felt very spacious for the 6 of us. Will definitely recommend to friends looking to stay in the area!

Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the beauty of the surroundings, the interior is fully equipped and tidy, everything is just right, the owner replied promptly and recommended the instructions for the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are a lot of delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Amazing accommodation for a romantic stay! The decoration is beautiful, the apartment is very clean and the hosts took care to leave small touches in the accommodation! The location is very quiet which makes the stay even more enjoyable! The only small downside is that the curtains are not sufficient and we were awakened by the light but it is a detail. This experience is definitely worth it!

We loved our stay here! The location is perfect—right on the edge of Old Town Antibes and walking distance to the beaches. The view from the lower deck overlooks the marina and ocean, and the upper deck with the jacuzzi was a great bonus. Would definitely stay again!
