This longtime home of an elderly American man who is often abroad, is very comfortable with numerous amenities. It features many personal touches that give it more character than most rental spaces. It is located on a quiet back alley in the embassy area (Lazimpat) nearThamel. Public transport options and an endless array of eating choices are nearby. Perched on the 3rd floor above a pizza eatery with a lovely garden, this flat is perfect for the traveler wanting a unique, personal experience.

Centrally located with easy access to sights and scenes of Kathmandu. 15 minutes drive from the airport, 10 minutes drive to the center of the tourist area. Pashupatinath Temple is just about 5 to 7 minutes away. Boudhanatha stupa is also about a 10 minute drive away. The apartment is very comfortably appointed and has a very warm and pleasant vibe to it.

This small apartment is in a family home, near the tourist center Thamel. This is an authentic homestay for cultural experience w/ your private space. Guests can have breakfast w/ family. The 250 sq. feet apartment has a private entrance, bathroom, kitchen and a living area w/ bed. The place is parqueted, simply furnished with kitchen utilities. Staying w/ us is also a great way to learn local customs and prepare yourself for a trek. Tourist bus to Pokhara & Chitwan is within walking distance.

Homestay on top of a Hill with full KTM view !

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars and above the city lights. With amazing hosts Suman and his small family on top of taare veer village. Amazing view of the city from above , great food and real nepali village homestay. Just 45-50 mins from airport and boom you're on top of a hill in Kathmandu with bird's eye view and then you can decide where to go :) . BTW I'm only helping a very good friend with his place. It's a beautiful place with a beautiful family.
