We had such a great stay! What a lovely family and a really beautiful building! Close enough to things in Thamel to walk but just far enough to be away from the major tourist stuff—it’s a really lovely neighborhood! Would definitely love to stay again, the view from the roof was beautiful and we felt right at home.

Sunita's homestay was just incredible. We had a really great time, good and lots of local food and warm blankets. Sunita and her son showed us around and we did day hikes to the surrounding villages. We really felt at home and didn't want to leave Maybe good to know: Either you have to take a jeep to Manang (around 7 hours and 30 dollars per person) or you plan to stay there during your Annapurna circuit. The village lies on 3500 m and I would bring enough cash and warm clothes. We took the jeep from beshi shahar and had incredible views. Also be ready to enjoy some days without wifi (they do have it but only in some places and it doesn't work so well). But honestly if you stay in such a location, you should enjoy the smartphone free days. In addition, you should be ready for a bucket-shower which also didn't bother us. It all contributed to an authentic local experience. Lastly, the prices are a bit more expensive in the village, if you eat lunch, so also be prepared for that.

Rahul went put of his way to offer/give us complimentary services, which we appreciated a lot. Daily recommendations of places to visit and food to eat in the city saved us a lot of time. Polite, lovely and helpful staffs/security guard. We really were in awe with the ambiance and overall hospitality of entire stay.

We were very warmly welcomed and the entire complex was shown to us directly. Of our entire Nepal trip, we liked it best here. The Lemon Tree House is located right on the river (we saw crocodiles from our room), the pool was very great and the food was super fine. We were also well advised on excursions/safari. We highly recommend it!

Well just read the reviews and you can clearly see this place is special. I have stayed at 60 some air B&B and all great but this one takes the prize! I met people from all over the world in my 8 nights. And we all are blown away at how hard the Family and village residents go out of their way to make sure your trip is unforgetable! Their are endless activities and things to do. You are also close to Pokhara if you wanna day trip to the city by bus or taxi and someone at the house will walk you through that if you wish. Best of all you feel like you are in your own town surrounded by family that is looking out for you. Making sure you are happy yes but also safe and not paying to much for shopping or taxi or trek or whatever you want to do. It’s like you have every posible connection available to you for your trip. Don’t miss out on the opportunity to stay at this place if it is available!!

This is one of the best Airbnbs I booked in Nepal. I even wish I could give more than 5 stars :) Jung and his family are very accommodating hosts, who genuinely want their guests to be comfortable and enjoy their stay. I was offered an earlier check-in as the room was free. I was proactively provided delicious simple breakfast every day, did the laundry for me. All these are extras why I wanna rate the listing more than 5 stars :) The room was spacious, clean, very cozy, very comfortable bed. The balcony was nice in a small compound so I never felt the noise of Patan. Meanwhile it is in very close proximity to the Patan Durbar Square. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shops around. I highly recommend it and will absolutely stay there again while in Patan. Thank you Jung and the family 🙏
