Fabulous hosts! Very accommodating and friendly as well as knowledgeable. Extremely safe and walkable neighborhood. Quick and easy access to interstate. Extremely spacious unit with well equipped kitchen, living room, gas fireplace and of course, the amazing hot tub with views. Taunya was the perfect host, available when we had questions or when we had time to chat as well as giving us autonomy and privacy. We had an amazing week staying here. We will definitely stay in touch and book this space again. We hope to meet Christoph on our next visit.

We had an amazing stay! The place looked exactly like the photos—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The view and the surroundings were absolutely stunning, perfect for a relaxing getaway. It had everything we needed: a fully equipped kitchen, hot tub, four comfortable bedrooms, laundry facilities, and even a huge selection of board games that kept us entertained in the evenings. The instructions for check-in and house rules were clear and easy to follow, and the host was super responsive and helpful whenever we had a question. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

Jason and Serah were the best hosts during our visit here! It was such a beautiful area and we were grateful for all the amenities. They also helped us out when we were having car issues, which saved us a lot of time. We hope to be back again in the future! (:

I didn't experience too much as it was a short stay but the home was spacious, bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. Host was very nice as well

We needed a last minute place to stay after travel delays kept us in SLC over night. Ella graciously answered our inquiry and accommodated us quickly. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. We were only there one night, but could see that it’s super close to the Cottonwood Canyons. Highly recommend!

Super nice, clean, quiet, and private space. It had everything we needed for our trip. Chadwick was always responsive and very kind! Would recommend and stay here again when we’re in the area. We loved the outdoor deck and the neighborhood.

We loved staying at David's place! Everything was exactly as it was described and David was extremely attentive and helpful with making us feel comfortable. The only downside I would say is that you can hear everything happening upstairs such as footsteps, music, and conversations, but it was not loud enough to disturb us and it did not bother us at all as it was expected from any basement room. I would definitely love to stay here again if I am in the area again!

Jorge’s place is a great place! Good backyard for our dog and beautiful & safe neighborhood with a GREAT view of the mountains. Very close to many restaurants and grocery stores and centrally located to many things in Salt Lake. The basement bnb was a spacious area for the 3 of us for a few nights! Would stay again

Had a great time.. was peaceful & comfortable & the area was just beautiful. hosts were both very friendly & helpful. ( they have the cutest dogs!) would definitely stay again!

For my sister's birthday, we wanted to have a stay-cation. Gina's place had great activities and is a beautiful home! We loved playing pool, ping ping, darts, and watching a movie in the theatre room. The hot tub was amazing and Gina was always quick to respond and super helpful! I think this is our new birthday stay-cation location and will come back for my birthday too!

The studio was a perfect stop to spend the night and relax after a long drive. The bed was very comfortable, the studio is small and cozy and the host has arranged it well to get the most out of the space. The studio is close to many restaurants while still feeling secluded enough in a nice neighborhood. We’ll definitely return here soon.

Quiet and comfortable stay. I had trouble with the lock when we first arrived (my user error) and Chase was right there to help.

Loved!! I loved we had privacy! The basement was very clean, comfortable and we got the best sleep! Everything was well stocked and even had some extra snacks for us. I loved that there was a washer and dryer and large closets for our belongs or even a place for my kids to change clothes. I loved that it was nice and cool in the basement too but the beds and covers were nice and warm too. I also liked that there was a fan in the double bed room for my kids to have some white noise! We were there for a wedding so the iron was used a lot too! 5 stars!

Good location for our daughter’s rehearsal dinner at La Caille and bridal spa day at Alta …many hiking trails with amazing views too! Beds were comfortable after busy day and relaxing area for morning coffee on the deck and large screen Tv at night! We enjoyed our stay!

Great place, spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It was in a great neighborhood and about a 5-10 minute drive from just about anything! Would stay again if I was in the area.

Appreciated how clean and comfortable the space was — it was a great option for taking a breath after hiking and exploring the beauty of Utah.

We were in town with our adult children for a family wedding. Amanda’s place was perfect for the 6 of us, and pet friendly! Very clean, a wonderful place to spend time together and yet big enough for everyone to find some quiet time in a space of their own. Beautiful surroundings, easy instructions, responsive host, it felt like we were home. When we are in area, we would gladly stay again!

I stayed with friends for a few nights and I can't say enough about how lovely this apartment is. It's the lower half of a gorgeous mid-century home and a quick drive to city center, restaurants and groceries. The place is spotless and cosy - with a nice outdoor patio. The kitchen is well stocked. Karl was super responsive and even shared a bit about the history of the house, since I'm a mid-century fan. Would happily go back. I'm almost sad my son is done at the University of Utah so I don't have any plans to go back soon. You won't regret staying here. 11 out of 10!

Very helpful. We asked for a diffuser because I preferred a citrusy smell in the apartment and they IMMEDIATELY ordered one for us. And the collection of Harry Potter books- amazing for days when you just want to stay in and rest . Clean place . For those who can’t do steps though, this won’t be a good choice. We had no problems with steps so truly enjoyed the space.

Ambre was so accommodating. Great place for kids!
