Was a perfect place!

Christina’s place was great - lots of space and she and her husband were welcoming. I worked remotely here for a month while skiing and was comfortable the entire time. The neighborhood is very peaceful and residential. I’m 6 ft 3 in and, I needed to duck to go through the doorways in the Airbnb as this is a basement apartment with lower ceilings (as described). You should consider this if you think that’s an issue

It was the perfect place to stay for our activities that weekend. We loved this historic home! It was perfect & beautiful!

I stayed here for 4 months while on a travel RN assignment at the local hospital. It was wonderful and I couldn't have asked for a better stay, or better hosts! Hannah and John were super kind and thoughtful, and their sweet kids became good yard buddies for romping with the dogs! The apartment is spacious, clean, and private. The fenced-in yard is amazing and the views of the mountains are the best. I would of course stay here again, my dog and I felt right at home. We will miss our awesome accommodations and our new friends in Utah!

Carolina’s basement apartment is perfect for a solo traveler or a couple visiting Salt Lake City. The place was immaculate—tidy, clean, and stocked with every essential. During my six-day stay, the hosts brought fresh towels after three days. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, and I always felt safe coming home at any hour. Downtown Salt Lake City isn’t far; you can walk, take the bus, or grab an Uber. I would absolutely recommend this accommodation for its convenience, charm, and price.

Excellent place. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom were in great shape with plenty of utensils, cooking equipment, bedding and towels to use. My only wish would be better lighting on the entrance. There are lights at the top of steps by the driveway but they never came on. No light at the entrance and difficult to see after dark to get the key in the lock unless you use your phone light. Overall, a great place to stay for the cost.

We loved staying at David's place! Everything was exactly as it was described and David was extremely attentive and helpful with making us feel comfortable. The only downside I would say is that you can hear everything happening upstairs such as footsteps, music, and conversations, but it was not loud enough to disturb us and it did not bother us at all as it was expected from any basement room. I would definitely love to stay here again if I am in the area again!

We had such a lovely trip and the place was beautiful with a fantastic view, comfortable beds, and all the necessary amenities. We came with two young kids and they loved the open floor plan and running around the large well-manicured lawn.

Great place for a large family. Lots of extras in the kitchen for food prep. Quite neighborhood and pet friendly.

We loved our stay at this home. Any issues we had were immediately resolved with clear communication and expectations. The location is great for easy access to the interstate, restaurants, and activities. Grab Mexican food at Nico’s down the street - best chili relleno and tacos. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and we will definitely be back.

Quiet and comfortable stay. I had trouble with the lock when we first arrived (my user error) and Chase was right there to help.

Loved!! I loved we had privacy! The basement was very clean, comfortable and we got the best sleep! Everything was well stocked and even had some extra snacks for us. I loved that there was a washer and dryer and large closets for our belongs or even a place for my kids to change clothes. I loved that it was nice and cool in the basement too but the beds and covers were nice and warm too. I also liked that there was a fan in the double bed room for my kids to have some white noise! We were there for a wedding so the iron was used a lot too! 5 stars!

I have stayed at Quis house at least 3 or 4 times and I have never been disappointed. Always clean and peaceful. Qui is very responsive when you have a questions. Foe me, it feels very homey and comfortable. I have stayed in both the main house and the basement. I will definitely book Quis home again

Fantastic location. Fantastic hosts. Super nice. ads matched the space. There is a horse farm & a walking trail around the horse farm that's our dogs just LOVED. There were comments about the train - I personally didn't notice it much and it didn't bother my sleeping as the walls are built well in the space. I can say the bed was AMAZING. We have been doing a long road trip and to finally have a nice bed, pillows, and sheets was the best part for us.

Great space. Cozy. Chad made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're skiing at one of the nearby ski areas.

Overall a great stay, place was clean, and private. Lots to do in the surrounding areas, and a 5 minute drive to the airport. Projector and surround sound were great, looks of kitchen counter space. Only downside they are not very flexible on early check outs, gave a day and a half advance notice and was declined. So I would only recommend if you are 100% certain you will stay your full booking. I am personally now having to explain to my company why I flew out Thursday but my booking was charged until Friday. Apart from that I do recommend the place!

We had a nice day at Melinda's; I was driving cross -country with my new rescue pup and needed a place to stay with little notice... Melinda was warm and accommodating. Great communication! Just perfect for what we needed.

Great place , super nice and clean, highly recommend

We spent an enjoyable four days in Nicks basement apartment. It was perfect for our needs. We were in town for our grandsons wedding and had many festivities to attend, but when we needed a break we came back to Nicks Air BNB and was able to freshen up and relax. The bed was perfect size for us two and the room darkening shades made it perfect to sleep. The couch and chair were very comfortable to sit on or stretch out on to just relax or read or watch a little TV with all the many channels one could ask for. All the essentials were in the kitchen area to be able to cook whatever we needed. But what really drew us to the place in the beginning was there were no steps at all to get into the apartment or any inside the apartment. At our age we struggle with knee issues and the entrance was just a few steps from the off street parking space in the driveway. Thank you Nick for supplying such a clean, comfortable, accommodation to stay in while in Bountiful.
