Great location with all the amenities you need and beautiful area. Was there for three nights felt very comfortable & extremely safe. Stephanie was a wonderful host and very friendly. She shared lots of good info on places to eat & things to do. Highly recommended if you need a place in the area that’s clean and close to all the good stuff! Hopefully available for my next visit as it would be my 1st choice to stay there again.

Enjoyed our stay. Ian was responsive and due to our parties split arrival time allowed us to check in a little earlier. Clean, cute, functional place. Restaurants within walking distance. Beautiful surroundings. Would definitely stay again if back in Seattle.

We keep coming back! It's comfy and cozy for two, and it's convenient for visiting Ballard or getting to downtown Seattle. The description and pictures of the space are accurate, and we appreciate the well-laid out space.

Can’t say enough good things about this little sanctuary. We stay for almost 2 weeks and it was perfect for the two of us. So many great bars and restaurants nearby. The kitchen was perfect with several ways to make coffee. Fully stocked with plates, bowls utensils pots and pans. Stocked with all the amenities we could have wanted and more we didn’t know we did

Delightfully clean, within easy walk of D-bus RapidRide to/from downtown and Ballard. Magnificent view of lit-up Magnolia neighborhood at night. Alex's team was responsive and proactive and friendly throughout. I hope to come back and stay again sometime. Thanks, folks!

This AirBnB was one of the best I have stayed at. We received a complimentary breakfast and there were many free items in the kitchen and fridge for us to use. The apartment was very spacious and had more than anyone could need and ask for. The bathroom had extra toiletry for us to use. The bed was super comfortable and the apartment had very interesting art decor. The neighborhood felt very safe, walkable to local restaurants, stores and down to Green Lake recreational area. Terry was very responsive, reachable and flexible. We would definitely stay here again.

Tom & Tracy's bungalow is a great place to stay. It has everything you'd need to be comfortable. It is a charming place where the sofa and bed are super comfy, kitchen is modern and had all the kitchenware you'd need, washer/dryer in good condition, bathroom has a cool claw foot tub and offers courtesy items, back yard with privacy and a nice front porch great for relaxing. It is quiet and in a good location with easy access the Fremont shops, Ballard, and downtown. I appreciate the on-property parking spot and ease of getting inside. They are responsive hosts and were quick to recommend some shops nearby when I inquired. Really appreciate all the little details and would absolutely recommend staying here.

Five-star stay! The place is spotless, modern, and very spacious. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive—we had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back. The only minor downside is the location, which can be a bit far from downtown Seattle during heavy traffic, but that’s no fault of the host!

Great location and easy to get around. Host was very responsive. Numerous stair did not impact our experience but something to be aware of.

We had a great stay at this house! Six of us were very comfortable. We had four visitors and were able to play games at the large dining table! The views were beautiful, and the neighborhood quiet and well kept. We discovered at least two yummy places to eat in Magnolia’s retail area. Grocery shopping was nearby. Glad we rented a car. Gorgeous, well stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable, and bathrooms updated. Wish there was a TV upstairs, but we were able to use the downstairs TV room. Wish I had that fireplace at my home! The host sent well written instructions. Would stay there again!

Ryan was great. place worked great for what we needed. Neighborhood was safe and the town was great. A little inconvenient not to be able to park in front of the place, but as he says on street parking is easy to find and get to. would recommend for sure, especially if you want an easy commute to downtown, ballparks, piers, etc. 5/5 would recommend.

The neighborhood is peaceful and beautiful with plenty of parking. Instructions for entry and the lock code always worked well. The cottage is delightfully decorated, full of wonderful art and photos (plus fabulous wallpaper). The bathroom and kitchen are immaculate plus the heated toilet seat and bidet are a great touch. The heater has a very efficient thermostat that responds to change in temp really well. I felt very 'at home' and comfortable. Mabel, a coffee/bkfst place a short walk away, was a fun way to start each day. The location is close enough to the busy 'downtown' of Ballard, but far enough away that it is quiet. A very pleasant stay, indeed!

Fantastic property in on a quiet street, yet close to all the shops, cafes and attractions in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood. Codi is a terrific host and always responded promptly to any questions. We will definitely rent this home again in the future.

Lisa’s place is beautiful and well appointed. It was nice, quiet, and private. We enjoyed relaxing at the end of the day after adventures in the city. Lisa was very responsive host and we would love to stay again next time we are in town!

One of my favorite air b n b experiences. Absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t be better. It is surrounded by delicious restaurants and above a delish breakfast and coffee place. But it’s so quiet. The apartment is so peaceful and bright but with black out curtains for sleep. The bed and fold out were super comfy. Just truly perfect stay.

Robert was easy to work with and the location is amazing along with the amenities. Worked great for our family of 5 + our dog. Made for an excellent weekend seeing family for graduation and the city with the boys. Would recommend.

Ken's place was a great place to stay. Close to all amenities. Check-in was a breeze and he was very helpful with any questions I had.

Lyle was an incredible host. The unit was in a great location, decorated so cute, and very clean. It had everything we needed! Lyle provided very clear instructions for entry and checked in with us more than once. We had a wonderful time in Seattle and would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful stay, layout/decor/location can't be beat! Maynard and Lyle were very communicative. We had zero problems, but I have no doubt they'd have gone above and beyond quickly if we had. Book this Air B&B if you're looking for something right downtown and are over the hotel hunt! 10/10 would recommend and will stay again if we find ourselves in Seattle!

Great place to stay!

Lessley is one of the best hosts I have had so far at Airbnb! She is responsive and proactive. She helps address our questions and requests real quick and kindly. She is detail oriented as well as customer first! The place is neat, equipped thoughtfully and feels like home. It’s quite walkable to many nice restaurants nearby too. We particularly enjoyed the RockCreek and Le Coin both were wonderful! We feel grateful that Lessley had us and helped us every single question and need throughout the five day stay! Really enjoyed it and hope to come back again. Thank you very much Lessley!

Rick’s place in Seattle was the best place to be at. A scooter ride away from all the best restaurants and coffee shops. Loved every second of it and highly recommend it to anyone visiting! Will be back on our next trip to Seattle. Thank you Rick.
