Designed as a space of respite for our visiting friends and family, every aspect of care for this unit is handled by us. We're not a boutique hotel, and we don't own a dozen other units. We just love hosting, and we hope you'll feel that through our offerings - an exceptionally private, clean, and comfortable unit with a variety of little extras to make you feel at home.

'the Hut' is located in a safe woodsy & quiet area of single family homes. We are close to downtown Seattle & the waterfront (Lumen Field is 6 miles away, Climate Pledge Arena is 4 miles, the waterfront is 2.5). Many restaurants and grocery stores, as well as Discovery park are within a mile or two. It's a stand alone home with a queen bed & a private entrance. Parking is easy & the bus (#24) is a block away. Please note-for those that may have mobility issues-there are a few steps to navigate.

Our studio apartment is above our garage (guests need to be able to walk a flight of stairs to access the apartment) located in beautiful Magnolia off a quiet family-friendly street. This is a studio apartment with free street parking located less than 1 block away from a central bus line. Whether you are visiting friends and family or looking for a place to relax while exploring the city, this is a great place.

Visitors will have driveway parking, a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, and private bath. Carport is your private patio area.
