Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lavagna

We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

Sandra was available, kind, and even had us find two bus tickets... with a lot of explanation, in short, a very helpful person... the apartment simply wonderful, very clean, pleasant... a wonderful stay... Thank you Sandra for your hospitality

The apartment is in the historic center, 5 minutes from a convenient parking lot. The interiors match the photos and descriptions, the state of conservation is excellent, and Luigi is a responsive and friendly host. We definitely recommend the solution.

I had a great stay. The apartment was very well located, modern, well equipped and clean. Emannuela was very responsive and helpful. nice little touches like the bag of focaccia left for my enjoyment.

What an amazing place to stay!! Clara’s House was in a fabulous spot in the heart of Portofino, with a window overlooking the square and harbour. It was exactly as described and what the photos showed. Well appointed and squeaky clean 👍🏻 Veronica was a very responsive host and kindly let us check in early when my wife was taken ill. Would have loved to stay longer!

This rustic cottage in Ponzo is super cute and in a peaceful, quiet location. Great location for access to Cinque Terre via La Spezia. We were arriving from Florence and our GPS struggled to keep up with directions while going through the series of tunnels around La Spezia and kept sending us in loops, so it pays to have your route to the home mapped out before arrival. We found good morning coffee at a cafe about 6 minutes drive away. Elisa is a thoughtful and generous host and has prepared the home with a well-stocked kitchen full of the essentials. There is also a helpful welcome folder full of great recommendations. We were four adults travelling together and so needed to use the loft. The ladder is quite high and I wouldn’t recommend going up to that area for a bigger person. Ponzo is a very sleepy village so if you want a quiet location and a cosy, homely environment in a pretty garden this place is for you. Thanks Elisa for hosting us :)

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

Our family vacation (4 people) in this place was an absolute dream and in reality much more impressive than in the photos. The entire property is immaculately clean and exudes a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. For our children and us, the pool in front of the breathtaking mountain scenery was the daily highlight – a perfect place to unwind and enjoy. The location is fantastic to escape the ordinary and be active at the same time. We explored the area on several beautiful hiking tours. But what really makes the stay special are the hosts: Chris and Joanna are incredibly warm and helpful. Their hospitality is exceptional. We highly recommend this place.

Very nicely located accommodation on the hills on the outskirts of Genoa. The view down towards the sea is wonderful and the great garden with sea views invites you to linger. The accommodation has everything you need for a stay, the kitchen is very well equipped and there is also a washing machine and dryer. The property is easily accessible by public transport, but you always have to ride at least 30-45 minutes by bus to reach Genoa. Shops are also a bit away. All in all, we recommend the place for sure.

If you need to unwind and enjoy some relaxation, this is a little gem of a really, really nice fountain. Essential and with every comfort Stefano is super kind and helpful I'll definitely be back

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect stay for a couple of days, very quiet and a clean and slightly quirky apartment. It’s worth noting that the stairs to the bedroom really are steep; we came down backwards and couldn’t get our bags up the stairs. Having said that the room was lovely and airy. We enjoyed the walk down into Camolgli but it is a bit of a hike back up.! Loved the bonus of the local open air swimming pool and super friendly staff.

We had a wonderful time at the Olive Press Lodge - unfortunately too short. The property is so beautiful and lovingly maintained, we were happy to come "home" every evening. We were received very kindly and openly by Thomas and he always had an open ear in the days that followed, had valuable tips and was helpful - in a pleasant, unobtrusive way. We appreciated that they lived next door, we felt at home and welcome. The house itself has everything you need, you can immediately feel comfortable and at home. We also had rainy days and enjoyed that it is so spacious and so cozy inside. The olive groves around it and the beautiful garden, which, like everything, is lovingly designed and maintained down to the last detail, complete the whole thing wonderfully. For us, it was all around perfect and I highly recommend this wonderful place to everyone! Thanks for the wonderful time!

Wonderful house, stunning view and garden and very equipped house + outdoor kitchen. Love it.

The accommodation is very clean, the pool is beautiful, be careful to have good legs to go down to town, not many buses and paid parking if you go down by car

We loved our stay in Santa Margherita! Cosimo’s place was clean, spacious and quiet. It’s walkable without big luggage (5 minutes from the station, but up steep stairs!). We stayed with our 6 month baby and walked to the main city centre multiple times. Thank you for your lovely home- we would recommend this place to anyone travelling to the area!

We (5 women) felt very confortable in this cosy flat. The view over Genua was stunning and you can reach the harbour as well as restaurants etc very quickly. Elena was really nice and helpful. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Giuseppe and Valeria's. Very nice accommodation with its large terrace in the heart of old Genoa. The kitchen is very functional and well equipped . Giuseppe is very available to advise vacationers and in the event of any problems. Really perfect. We'll be happy to go back. 😍

Silvia is a wonderful host and personally greeted us upon arrival. Communication was excellent and information about the apartment and appliances was thorough and easy to understand. A booklet with great recommendations is provided along with info about various tours, etc. The apartment is truly stunning and blends historic details with contemporary furnishings in a very sophisticated way. The five large "porte-fenêtre" create an indoor/outdoor feeling. The location is on an important and characteristic narrow street in the historic center of wonderful Genoa. Everything you need is within walking distance. You’ll experience the sights and sounds of daily life in the city. Silvia has thought of and provided everything you will need for a first class stay: excellent wifi/thorough appliance instructions/well appointed kitchen/Nespresso/comfortable bed/nice linens/large TV/keyless entry/art books about Genoa/welcome bottles of water and snacks. Very nice experience, everything was clean and worked well, the location is great, very close to the train station which made it easy to go to neighboring towns like santa margherita and portofino

Great host, great area, place was very clean. There were snacks to eat. You can also make espresso. The bathroom was like freshly built, without flaws, without mold, everything shone. Shampoo and shower gel were also provided, as well as freshly washed towels.
