The recently renovated apartment is on the fourth floor of a beautiful building with a large courtyard and lift and has two well-furnished bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and two balconies, both by awnings and mosquito nets, and one of which is enhanced by the sea view. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and free wi-fi internet connection.

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

Apartment located in a quiet area, surrounded by nature a few minutes from the famous Piazzetta di Portofino and the Brown Castle. Equipped with every comfort, for a pleasant vacation. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen with ancient features, and a very spacious veranda. Also, you can admire the view from the balcony overlooking the center of Portofino and, from a distance, a bit of the sea. In short, the 100 steps to get there will definitely be worth it :)

The sea (500 meters) Recco (1200 m.) and Portofino National Park (3 km) can be reached not only by car, but also on foot with scenic walks; Genoa-Nervi is 12 km away (SS1 Aurelia)

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The house is large with a garden located in the village of Cavi, 100 meters from the very beautiful and quiet beach. Excellent restaurants with typical Ligurian cuisine, fish and pizza are 50 meters from the house. Great village on the coast attached to Sestri Levante to stop and get to know in peace and the possibility to visit Portofino and Cinque Terre 20 minutes away by means of transport.
