The three of us spent almost a week in the apartment. The fact that there are three separate bedrooms was ideal for us. They are arranged in such a way that you do not wake each other up when you get up at different times. The shower and toilet are in separate rooms, which is also an advantage. The apartment is spacious and bright, not cluttered with unnecessary stuff. Although it is an old building, there were no creaky floorboards. The house is located in the pretty village on a busy street, in the evening it was still a bit noisy with the bedroom windows open, but at night it was nice and quiet. A bakery for breakfast rolls is close by. Stefan has compiled important information, even illustrated, from check-in to waste disposal, everything is explained. He was always available if there were any questions, the communication was very nice and friendly.

We can only recommend the property. A magnificent roof terrace with a wide view, the beautiful garden. Then everything is super clean and superbly equipped. Zeitz is also absolutely worth a visit!

Great apartment in a great location in an exciting city. We were with 5 adults in the apartment, we loved it. The apartment is spacious, it has everything you need, shopping market and bakery right outside the door. Unfortunately located on a street, but thanks to the great windows there was no disturbing noise.

My colleague and I felt completely comfortable in Claudia's apartment. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail and very clean. Claudia is an amazing host. The apartment is easy to find, and check-in was flexible – which was especially important to us. Parking is available right in front of the house. The only criticism was the smell in the building. Throughout the house there is a special, somewhat unpleasant smell in the air. However, since it is an old building, this is not uncommon – such buildings often have their own characteristic smell. If you're not particularly sensitive, it's not a problem. The Nevada apartment is definitely recommended

A fabulous apartment and hosts! It's in the middle of the touristic center, but as it's a "penthouse" and there are no beer-bars under the buildings, it feels very private. Be ready to make 130 steps up, which makes it an amazing cardio! There was a smart TV where I was able to add my Google account so my parents were able to watch their favorite movies on YouTube. The apartment basically had everything we needed. I'm very satisfied!

We were particularly enthusiastic about the large garden in which our children and our dog felt really comfortable. There were also plenty of toys for children, which made the stay extra enjoyable. The location is quiet and ideal for excursions to Karlovy Vary and surroundings. The hosts were very friendly and helpful – you feel immediately welcome. This place is much bigger than you would think and then it looks in the photos. He has a private garage, although please don’t bring a large SUV as it will be a nightmare to park it in there. A very large comfortable place. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped nothing is really missing. The location is also great: The surroundings are quiet and pleasant, at the same time the center is not far away and easily accessible. Perfect for exploring the city and surrounding area! All in all, a perfect place to stay for a relaxing vacation. We'll come gladly come back and can only highly recommend this apartment!

The accommodation matches the description. Clear instructions for arrival and departure. There is also a functional washing machine on site. The only disadvantage is the only window directly to the main road which is at the ground, so you can not ventilate for a long time because you are afraid that someone will climb into the apartment. Otherwise, everything is clean and very nice. The last thing is completely blunt knives, so if you're going for a longer period of time and want to cook, I recommend taking your own knife.

Bianca is very friendly and attentive, always asked if we needed anything. Her little Daughter is adorable. Everything was perfect and nearby there is a small bakery. The Voigtland is beautiful, we will be back.

Roman’s apartment was excellent - very clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. You can tell a lot of thought went into making sure guests have everything they need. Reaching the apartment requires a bit of fitness, but the effort is absolutely worth it for the comfort and great location. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!
