Place has a beautiful scenery & outdoor lake patio. Nurtured spot in the woods worth visiting any season of the year. Jacques was pleasant to speak too and generous. would surely visit once again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this sweet rustic cabin to catch up with an old friend, and it was an experience to remember. Nestled near the maskinongé river, the cabin offered the perfect blend of tranquility and charm with its warmly lit outdoor seating area and hot tub, which was undoubtedly a highlight of our stay. Soaking in the warm water while gazing at the stars made for a nice appreciation of the present moment. The cabin itself was cozy and well-equipped, featuring a teleprompter. Going through old DVDs and using the screen was a blast. The many vintage architecture magazines scattered around the cabin also made for interesting reads, and really added to the warm feel of the place. Overall, this cabin is a gem for anyone looking to unwind and disconnect to enjoy nature's beauty. Highly recommended!

This was our second stay at Kim and Scott's and we loved it again. Very private and peaceful cottage, right on the water. We brought out paddleboards and paddled the entire lake. Super cute place for two people.

A Perfect Getaway! I had the most wonderful stay at this lovely chalet. Nestled in a serene setting with breathtaking views, it offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The interior was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated—every detail added to the charm. Waking up to the peaceful surroundings and enjoying coffee on the porch was a highlight. Whether you’re looking for relaxation or outdoor adventure, this place is a gem. Highly recommended!

Very peaceful, beautiful view by the water

Very nice cabin. High ceilings, nicely decorated, updated bathrooms (including a lovely full en-suite off master bedroom), was very clean, etc. Beds are comfy with nice linens. Basement games space is a nice bonus, with a bedroom down there. Basement does have a cement floor, which is smooth and clean, but could be chilly especially if staying in winter. Hot tub was nice and had a little pergola in the event of rain. Kitchen is well stocked. Host is very responsive and helpful! Photos do seem to show it having water access, however, it’s a short drive away and is more of a kayak launch than a beach or real waterfront. Host did recommend a nice beach about 15-20 drive. Would definitely stay again! Thanks :)

Excellent stay, my family had so much fun. We were a little out of season, so the lake was quiet with no boats. Lots of mosquitoes, but we expected it, you know, we're in the North. The terrace with mosquito net was greatly appreciated. With a rainy day, we made the most of the facilities: sauna, spa and ice bath. Really nice additions to the chalet.

Absolutely wonderful chalet! This was our second stay at Philippe’s property, and once again, it exceeded all our expectations. The chalet is beautifully maintained, with every detail thoughtfully considered to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for offering your lovely cottage to others. It was a perfect place for a small quiet family celebration to mark my sisters 50th birthday, as was her wish. The water front was wonderful for dogs swimming and launching the canoe and kayak that were provided. I loved sitting in the early morning on the screened in porch with the dogs and my tea while I waited for the house to wake up. Dani was even forgiving of my failure to fully complete a departure request/task in our hurry to leave. Thank you for helping make our first time as AirBnB users such an easy and carefree trip! Its no wonder its a popular spot. Hope to be back again!

What a dreamy place to stay! We loved it. So stylish, comfortable and thoughtfully laid-out. Every detail was considered. The views are incredibly beautiful, the host is so responsive and considerate and it is just so comfortable. We loved the amazing windows and surrounding forestry. Near to Alice’s Coffee which was scrumptious and a nearby mini-horse farm. Bird watcher’s paradise. We loved our stay and would happily return and for longer. Obsessed with the decor!

we loved the tree house. Each and every minute we spent there was so peaceful and memorable. I would definitely recommend it.

peaceful and cozy stay

Place is very quiet. Walking distance to the casino which was great for the restaurant and minutes drive to the Village! We absolutely loved the place and will most likely return!

Julie's place was very acceptable. It's a nice, cozy space with a great view! I loved that all we needed was provided and it had a dishwasher so we didn't have to worry about the dishes. I wish that more towels and blankets would be available for guests since the number of towels and blankets didn't match the number of guests but everything else was great!

This condo is perfect for a skiing holiday. We really enjoyed the opportunity to ski-in and ski-out and loved seeing skiers zooming down the hill from the windows. The birch forest outside the large dining room window and balcony is stunning--especially after a snowfall. The interior is well designed, beautifully decorated, clean and well equipped.

Very clean and very nice apartment, peaceful place. Shops (Metro, Dollarama, Tim Hortons, etc.) 10 minutes' drive.

Great value for money. The shuttle to the pedestrian village was helpful. It's quiet and , at the same time, a 10-minute walk to the pedestrian village. The cottage is well equipped.
