Highlights: großer Garten mit schattiger Terrasse, Grillstelle, Wohnraum mit Küchenzeile, Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Dusche und Sauna, separate Toilette, voll ausgestattete Küche. Parkmöglichkeiten im Hof. Da ich mein Airbnb erstmals anbiete und Erfahrungen mit meinen Gästen sammeln möchte, halte ich den Preis bewusst unter dem Durchschnitt.

Das "Sonnenhäusle" steht in Sasbachwalden absolut ruhig mitten in der Natur. 1936 von Karl Fritz, Vater des Bambipreises, gebaut. 2024 komplett saniert, neu eingerichtet und mit einer Panoramasauna und einer Balkonüberdachung erweitert. Das dazugehörende 10.000 m² große Wald- u. Wiesengrundstück liegt unmittelbar am „Nationalpark Schwarzwald“ - direkt an Mountainbike- u. Wanderrouten. In dieser erholsamen Höhenlage hat man einen weiten Ausblick auf das Lichtermeer der Rheinebene!
