Monthly Rentals in Lattes

Where to start... I hesitate to say too much, just to keep this gem available for next time! Joking aside, everything was perfect. Space to park in the parking lot just below, easy access (even if fatigue directed us to the wrong door!) but everything was back in order with a very responsive host! The accommodation is spacious (to say the least), comfortable and very well decorated! So, it's a 10 out of 10 for us. If you're looking for a place to stay near Montpellier, this one should catch your eye. Of course, not outside, but by taking the car, you can easily visit the region and its beaches. Thank you so much for this rental which was perfect and as advertised! We'll be sure to come back if the need arises.

Very clean apartment and as described. Right next to my training center where I spent a few days. Spacious apartment, you feel at home! Julien is responsive to requests, it's a pleasure. I would recommend it 100%

Refurbished, quiet apartment with all the necessary amenities including air conditioning and a parking space. It is a few minutes from the tram that takes you to the city center of Montpellier and 12 minutes from the beach by car. Nico and Rong are very responsive and they were very accommodating with my check-in and check-out times. Not only do I recommend it, but I'll come back. Thanks to them 👏
