Clean villa in a peaceful setting! The 2 suites on the ground floor are spacious and comfortable, which is less qualitative in the bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. Note: with small children, please note that the pool protection curtain is not functional. We had an amazing stay at Marc and Sarah's house! We are a family of four who stayed in the house for about 10 weeks. We had an impeccable time from start to finish. The house and garden are very pretty, and are located in the cozy village of Assas. The place is ideal for walks in the beautiful surroundings of the property. Communication from the hosts, as well as kindness and the service from the helpers was fantastic. Recommend everyone to visit the house!

The house was clean, spacious, in a quiet area and conducive to rest. We enjoyed the pool and the large living space! Also convenient by car for getaways in the city center of Montpellier or even close to the beaches. We had a lovely stay at Audrey's.

The house is supernice, the garden and pool is beautiful and Isabelle and her husband is a delight. The couple are very friendly and answers quickly any questions. It felt like meeting family 😊 We didn’t know that the downstairs of the house would be rented out to others until we got there. It is not very soundproof between the floors. Still it is quite private outside. We traveled two friends with our 6 kids and the house was spacious for all of us. Some felt the mattresses were too hard, but that is a matter of opinion. They even gave us two extra mattresses we could put on the floor to make room for 3 in two of the rooms. The pool area is very nice and was used extensively 😄 There where plenty of towels in the bathrooms to use in the house and by the pool. We were well taken care of. The small town is sweet and have some restaurants and a shop, but it’s good to have a car if you’re going somewhere else. Thank you both for a wonderful stay and we hope to see you again 🤩

Beautiful villa, we had a lovely time with 11 people in this villa. The pool and hot tub were fully appreciated. A great and flexible welcome (departure and arrival) and full of small touches (coffee, pasta, breakfast, etc.). Very good bedding, clean sheets and 3 towels available per person. A small flushing problem that didn't stop us from enjoying a great sunny weekend!!

What a wonderful week we just had! Not only was the sun out, but we were lucky enough to stay in a truly exceptional home. Everything comes together for a memorable stay: the pool is perfect for cooling off and relaxing, the rest area offers a peaceful setting to unwind, and the petanque court adds a playful touch for fun. The location of the house is also a major asset. The proximity to the city center allows you to do anything on foot, which is really nice. Once the car is parked, no need to move it! The house itself is very spacious, with plenty of room for everyone. The rooms, all air-conditioned, are a real treat after a day in the sun, offering optimal comfort for restful nights. In summary, this stay was a real delight. We leave with memories in our heads and the desire to come back very soon!

When one imagines securing a well appointed, safe, comfortable, accommodating and ideally located place to truly relax or explore the delights of the southern Occitanie region from, Marc & Isabelle’s offering should definitely be on their mind. From very effective host communication, solid directions :) & a flexible approach all the way through to supporting us getting settled in, finding places we need as part of getting comfortable etc, we felt supremely well taken care of. The property itself is very well appointed & looks exactly as depicted in the app; it’s an excellent AirBnB for those who want to relax in comfort & privacy with a superb array of mod-cons. Everyone in our group was very impressed. Thoughtful and clever touches abound across the entire modern property & we would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone (family or a group of friends) - it’s a gem are likely going to return to! Had a fantastic stay here, the place is beautiful and well equipped and is just a short walk from the sea front and local shops and restaurants. Our host was amazing on arrival, really helpful and friendly and made sure we felt right at home.

Very nice villa with its patio in a very nice environment full of charm and very quiet. Pascal is a host who cares about the well-being of others and was really very accommodating. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, walked the daily walk along the canal that leads to the city of Aigues-Mortes where you can find everything. A great place!
