Excellent stay, very well located accommodation, and in perfect condition, very good welcome from Mélanie upon arrival. The proximity to the sea is very pleasant, all the shops nearby, you can do everything on foot, I recommend this accommodation. I really think I'll go back over a longer period

We only did a one-night stopover but we appreciated that the accommodation was in a very quiet area and only 30 minutes from the center of Montpellier. In addition, Céline was always very responsive in our exchanges, which is very nice.

Really perfect stay. Impeccable accommodation and totally as described. Private parking, access to the city center on foot in a few minutes, safety for children, full baby equipment available, ping pong table, swimming pool, full air conditioning. Everything was perfect! Our host was available, responsive, very attentive! Really ideal for families!!

We were very well hosted by Melanie who was really very kind and always smiling. The place was very clean and very tidy. Beautiful decor. Large fridge and large freezer. The beach was right in front, which was very much appreciated by the children. Shower outside to avoid bringing in too much sand, that was great. Private parking as well. Go and try the restaurant 'Lo Motas' on the lake side. A treat. Thank you so much.

Perfect accommodation, JC and Eva are welcoming and caring, responsive if there are any questions. The accommodation was clean, well arranged, the air conditioning and hot tub are a big plus. The village center is a 10-minute walk away, walks around the lake or cathedral are nearby. i would fully recommend

It's been a decade since my wife and I moved several times a year to cottages for professional reasons and this is the first really interesting one at all levels: functional room distribution and friendly decoration, very clean and air-conditioned cottage, residential and quiet area 15 minutes from a shopping center and 25 minutes from the sea, top bedding, nothing missing, drinks, tea or coffee available. And of course the pleasant and courteous welcome from Lionel.

A green setting in the heart of the city! A peaceful and private corner that perfectly matched the description, photos and is dog-friendly! Impeccable hospitality, very good advice and discretion. Gourmet appetizer board full of beautiful regional discoveries. The breakfasts offered are varied and delicious! We recommend it 100% for a stay of total disconnection away from tourist traps. We had an unforgettable week in Julie's large apartment. The panoramic view of the sea was breathtaking and the beach was clean with direct access from the property. You can tell that the apartment is often occupied, but everything was usable and as described in the listing. Julie was a great host who always responded kindly and quickly to our requests. It was especially nice that we were allowed to use a later check-out, which is very pleasant when traveling with a toddler. You can also quickly get to shopping and Montpellier from the property by car (recommended). We were able to relax very well and would love to come again. Thank you for the wonderful time!

For a residential setting it was peaceful day and night. The house was so well equipped for relaxing, reading, cooking, swimming, yoga - we slept so well and had a wonderful 10 days. In a great location to visit other cities from and so close to the beach - we had a car which is essential to get about to see everything from city centre to beach and night life.

We were very warmly welcomed by Thomas and his wife! The house is very cozy and you immediately feel comfortable!The two bedrooms next to each other are a little noisy, if you are sensitive, you should know that!The kitchen is superbly equipped and the highlight is truly the outdoor area, an oasis of tranquility, wonderfully green, the beautiful trees, simply a dream, we enjoyed it very much...In addition, everything is very clean, nice beds and linens, we would come back anytime! Thank you to Thomas and his lovely wife...

What a wonderful stay we had at Olivier’s place! It was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. The house was beautifully arranged, had comfortable beds and linens and had all the amenities we needed for our 3 night stay in Montpellier. The house is set inside a private courtyard which gave it a tremendous sense of intimacy and also allowed for the kids to play outside without the worry of nearby traffic. The property is also very well located; easy walk to nearby bakery, fromagerie, pâtisserie. There are also many restaurants nearby, 2 large grocery store and a pharmacy all within footsteps. It is also easy access via car to head south to the beach’s or other parts of the city. Olivier was extremely welcoming, great at communicating and made us feel at home during our stay. If you’re planning a trip to Montpellier, don’t look any further. We highly recommend this home!

Waterfront apartment, very spacious and impeccable. Lots of amenities that are very appreciable... the view is beautiful, the location is great especially with our bikes but the center of Palavas is very close on foot especially by cutting through the beach... Thanks also to Christophe for the little touches of food and drink. In short, a great stay where the good weather was with us!

Comfortable stay and absolutely wonderful communication from the host. The place is close to one of the train stations and it takes around 15/20 minutes to walk to downtown.

Short but very pleasant stay at Loic's, who is a very responsive host. It is a very pleasant villa and 2 steps from the tram, which is a real comfort. I'll come back for my next visit to the area.

Stephanie's play was perfect. We had a wonderful stay with plenty of room, comfy furniture, great kitchen with everything you'd need and a walkable neighborhood close to many sites and restaurants and markets nearby. We would highly recommend staying here.

It was our second stay in this apartment, which probably seats more than anything! On our last trip, we recommended the addition of a microwave and, voila, there it was this trip! The apartment is on the Main Street of the Eccusson neighborhood, so there is always good people watching, and everything from the supermarket to great restaurants and tram and train lines is within an easy walk. We love David’s place!
