Importante; es un fraccionamiento de departamentos que no cuenta con distracciones cercanas. La zona centro de Vallarta se encuentra a 30 min en coche.

En la parte del condominio tendras acceso a las areas verdes al igual a una alberca semi-olimpica con mesas al rededor para poder disfrutar de algun refresco o tu bebida favorita.
