The house is located on Lake Schwarzsee in Davos Laret. Davos is accessible by public transport. It has a large living room with kitchen, dining table, sofa bed and wood-burning stove. The bathroom has a toilet and shower. Water from its own source, electricity and hot water are provided. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms. The house is ideal for up to 7 people, but it can also accommodate 8. In winter, you park on the street. From there it is 150 m on a path to the house. If it has snowed recently, it is a bit difficult.

Our cozy apartment with fireplace has a fantastic view on the glacier and is in a quite corner of Klosters. The Gotschna Gondola is 7 walking minutes away, as are all the restaurants and shops. The 100m2 are set up to give a spacious feeling the the high ceiling (see the charming beams?) and the combined living and dining room. The 3 bedrooms allow even bigger families or you may want to take friends along. read details carefully: its on the 3rd floor & one bedroom is small (great for kids)

Our apartment is close to the center (about 15 minutes' walk to the train station) and yet in a quiet location. It is the perfect starting point for many activities. In a few minutes you can walk to the Badi (summer), the sports center, ice rink (winter), tennis court, playground, dwarf trail, a small supermarket and the bus stop is just around the corner. (5 minutes by bus to the train station and the Gotschnabahn valley station). The cross-country ski trail runs right behind the house.

Davos-Sertig, vacations in nature

Our house is secluded in the quiet nature reserve in the Sertigtal. In winter, it can be reached directly via the black-marked deep snow slope from the Jakobshorn. In spring, summer and fall, it's great for biking. Hiking trails and cross-country ski trails pass by the house. The bus station is at the bottom of the house. Since Davos is a spa town, a visitor's tax must be paid. This is 5.90 per day per person 12 years and older. The visitor's tax is collected on site at check-in.
