Vacation rentals with a patio in Lapu-Lapu City

I had a fantastic 5-day stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. Communication with the host was smooth and easy; they were responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the cozy balcony, thoughtful touches, though the wifi is not fiber yet sometimes it has slow connection but overall. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

I really enjoyed my time at this unit! I felt right at home! It looks just like the pictures. The layout of the unit was perfect. I loved the view from the window. It was my first time visiting Cebu city coming from the US and it was just what I needed. I was truly able to rest and have some alone time from all the hustle & bustle. The location is quite convenient as well as it's not too far from Ayala Center Cebu, I suggest getting an "Angkas" or motorcycle ride. I had a minor issue but Miss Jean was very quick to response and she genuinely cared that I felt comfortable during my stay! Amazing host and cozy unit. I highly recommend you book this place!!

We traveled from Southern Leyte to Cebu to celebrate my Master’s Degree graduation, and finding this place on Airbnb made everything even more memorable. From the moment we arrived, the host was warm, kind, and truly accommodating — I knew I made the right choice. The space was spotless, cozy, and fresh-smelling, making us feel at home even away from home. After long days exploring the city, it was the perfect place to rest. One touching detail was the WiFi password — it included a surname from a well-known political family in Pintuyan, Southern Leyte. That small but meaningful moment made us feel even more connected. Smooth check-in process, and the air conditioning was wonderfully cold—perfect after a day out. We had a minor issue unlocking the door the first time, but the owner was very responsive and helpful. Aside from that, everything was perfect. The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It's in a great, walkable neighborhood with plenty of places to eat nearby. Definitely worth the value. Would stay here again!

A newish pleasant Apartment in a large apartment block, surprisingly no hot water but comfortable and quiet, good Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. There was plenty of paperwork checking in and checking out.

Paid for 2 nights (my flight was delayed by a day) informed them and they understood and didn’t give me any hassle whatsoever when i did make it check in was smooth just like they said in the welcome message it felt like home away from home the bed was comfortable only thing it looks like a king but its a double but its still a big place i was not there to long but everything was nice and cozy downstairs u have kids playing in the playground but in the room its nice and quiet u dont hear anything and its peaceful i would definitely come back and visit next time im in town thank u for having me

Kelvin was a great host. Very responsive. Has a great apartment and super affordable for long stays. The only issue I had wasn’t Kelvin’s fault but the company that owns the condos charges a fee on the weekends to use the pool and then on mondays the pool is closed for cleaning so technically you only get 4 days to use the pool. the weekends definitely feel more like children from the neighborhood get to use the pool that don’t live at the condos the guards are usually on their phones or napping not paying attention unless you are a foreigner walking into the pool area and then they’ll ask you for money to use the pool.

Good clean apartment the communal pool is typical of Philippines with missing or loose tiles only thing I felt was missing from apartment was 2 chairs for the balcony
