This place was amazing. I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to visit Florida. The home was beautiful, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The backyard was awesome and the pool was great. The hosts were extremely responsive, friendly, and respectful. I couldn’t rave about this place enough!

This house was the perfect spot for my 9-person bachelorette! The space was exactly what we needed with a big kitchen, a good-sized living area, and a huge outdoor space with an outdoor couches and TV. Kimmi has amenities galore! The kitchen was stocked with dozens of spices, had plenty of dishes and glassware, and everything we needed to cook. The bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, q-tips, floss sticks, blow dryer, straightener, curler, and towels. The pool area was also well-stocked with ~15 big beach towels, sunscreen, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and fun bachelorette-themed pool floats. The outdoor fridge was a hit for keeping drinks near the pool, and we used the mini golf course area for pictures. Kimmi was super responsive, helping us with a 1pm late checkout and answering any questions we had within 30 minutes. The cleaning team handles all of the recyclables and trash, which was a huge help on the last day! 100% would recommend.

The house was beautiful and just as described! Easy to get to and in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of driveway parking. The pool and jacuzzi were great! All of the rooms in the house are modern and well furnished. Kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and plates, pots, pans, and serving dishes. You feel like you’re home once you walk through the doors. Plenty of seating for people, both inside and outside of the house. The pool table was a great touch, and served as a gathering area for those of us at the house. Beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms are so nice. I would 100% stay here again the next time I’m in the area!

Very nice place ! We were 7 and it was the perfect home !! All the rooms distributed so well with a bathroom close ! I loved how clean and quiet the place was !! We felt like at home !! We had a great time ! Very peaceful ! We really enjoy staying here ! The owners were very communicative and had clear instructions on how to use things at the house . The place also felt very safe ! There was many restaurants around , shopping center like Publix , which made it very convenient for us to buy groceries and cook . Also there was a Starbucks close so that was very convenient itself ! Thank you for trusting in us and allowing us to stay in your Beautiful home ! Don’t doubt to stay here !! Is a great price, house. And location !!! With amazing home owners who communicated with us when we had questions !

We had a great time at this AirBnB. Everything was as described in the listing. We had a few questions at the beginning and the host responded very quickly and provided us with what we needed. The extra pool towels, beach umbrella and beach chairs were an appreciated touch. The house is conveniently located near the beach, grocery stores and a cute little downtown area. However, the neighborhood is not one you would take a walk in. We would definitely stay at this AirBnB again as it was very spacious and accommodated 4 adults and 4 teens perfectly.

Check in was simple and easy. This place felt like home. It was very comfortable and quiet despite being on a main street. The amenities were great and the area was nice. Would definitely come back when I am back in town with my family. Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay it’s not very big but it’s perfect for a couple. It has all the basic things you would need. The outdoor area is cozy and well fenced, in case you bring your pet. The neighborhood was nice. The mattress was comfortable. We heard lots of airplanes but that’s normal due to location.

Highly recommend this stay! Fantastic location a short walk to the beach and nearby shopping and restaurants. Cozy indoor space that is easily the most decorated, well stocked rental I have ever stayed at. Would love to visit again!

Amazing place…! I just needed a quick weekend trip to the beach to recharge. Nothing fancy. The host made sure that I was able to achieve that goal. They even had items for use (cooler/chairs/wagon) at the beach, which was a pleasant surprise. The hosts were responsive and accommodating! I was able to get a quick walk in for breakfast and dinner. Most importantly, the beach was literally across the street! I will definitely book this place again!

I stayed here for 3 nights with 2 friends to attend a wedding and we enjoyed ourselves very much! The location alone was worth 5 stars, a great value for the price. The beach and great restaurants were just a few steps away. Hosts were friendly and always responded quickly. We didn’t have any issues during our stay so I didn’t need to reach out but I know if I had I would’ve gotten help in a timely manner. Beautiful backyard space to enjoy, we played cards and enjoyed listening to the local music at night. We drove from a few states away so we arrived late at night, we did need to circle the block a second time to find the home but I imagine during the day it would’ve been very easy to find. Something to note if you are clumsy like me or traveling with someone older-the shower floor is incredibly slippery, I would recommend bringing a non slip mat. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others! Thanks for a great time!

Our employee had a great stay at Dan's place. Very clean and quiet. Felt like home away from home. Dan was a great host! Would definitely stay here again.

My GPS kept taking me some other property but once we typed the physical address in we had no problem LOL. But the apartment looked just as described. The unit was very clean and peaceful. I felt right at home. I really enjoyed my stay. Will been looking to book again in the future. Thank you Angelyna!!!!🫡

Perfect location, close to restaurants and shopping, the beach is a very close for those beach days if needed. felt at home. Outside back patio is beautiful. House was perfect for long or short term stay. Definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay and the host was helpful to make that happen. Some things that made it challenging were the neighbors enjoying the weekend into the morning hours and other neighbors dogs barking at our child while we played in the yard. The second bathroom is also outside the house with the sauna, no big deal, but good to note for “busy” bathroom times. The kids area inside was great, we spent a lot of time there. Thank you
