Der 2025 neu gebaute Wagen verfügt über einen Wohn- /Schlafbereich, ein separates Bad sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Der kleine Kamin lädt bei jedem Wetter zu gemütlichen Stunden ein, während ihr durch das Panoramafenster den Blick in die Ferne schweifen lasst.

Wichtig, wir wohnen an einer privaten Straße die nur mit Autos befahrbar ist, keine Busse (z.B. Ford-Transporter oder Mercedes-Sprinter). Gemütliche Drei-Zimmer Nichtraucher Bungalow mit Terrasse in ruhiger Gegend. Der Bungalow verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang mit Parkplatz für 2 Autos. Es gibt 2 Schlafzimmer mit 3 Betten. Gute Autobahnverbindung in der Nähe nach Bremen und Weserpark. Bettwäsche und Handtüche sind natürlich vorhanden, auch Smart-TV und Wlan sind inklusive.

Völkersen Vacation Rental

Our apartment is located on the upper floor of a residential and commercial building on the outskirts of Langwedel - Völkersen. It can be reached via the rear garden and an external staircase. The covered terrace (garden side) is about 30 m². The apartment consists of a large, cozy living room (sleeping couch) with dining table. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and the option to add a crib. There is a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen.

Hiking on the northern trails, cycling on the Wümme cycle path, canoeing on the Wümme.

The neighboring apartment has a small bedroom with a bed 1.40 x 2.00 m. A folding bed is additionally available if needed. There is a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed where 2 more people can sleep comfortably with additional mattress toppers. In front of the apartment entrance, there is a large covered terrace where smoking is allowed and other guests can spend time.

Our apartment is located on a quiet side street in the old village center of Ottersberg. It is 70 m2, has a spacious living room, two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and a small garden to relax. The apartment is also fully furnished for longer stays. Interior is comfortably equipped with solid wooden furniture, Italian tiles and oak parquet.

The house is close to the Verwell swimming pool, the climbing park and the Niedersachsenhalle. And conveniently located between the highway and the train station.
