One of the most beautiful places to stay in Northern Alabama. Bubba was extremely helpful. Property is incredible.

Beautiful property and the pictures do not capture the views experienced in person! The home has lots of character, is comfortable, had everything we needed for our stay. Living room seating and beds were comfortable. We have a family of five with kids ages 10 to 17, came to the area to explore some attractions near and around Huntsville and Guntersville. Our family prefers a more quiet location and this property is a great option, about halfway between both areas. Shopping center with Walmart, Publix and many restaurants is only about 15 minutes away. The Space and Rocket Center was about 35 minutes away and it was about 20 minutes to Cathedral Caverns, Guntersville City Harbor and Lake Guntersville Sunset Beach. The owners were kind and quick to respond to questions and issues during our stay. The kids loved watching the cows in the field and the huge garage was great for play time. We even grilled hamburgers and made s’mores on the fire pit. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay here! Walked in to a clean and comfortable environment with an amazing view. Conveniently located to Cloudland Canyon and Lula Lake Land Trust. Plenty of space for my dog as well. Really enjoyed having a cup of coffee on the deck watching the fog. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This place is perfect for someone who wants to be off the beaten path, out in the country, and in an adorable little cabin. The place was not hard to find if reading the directions well. Would definitely stay again if going through the area. It was dog friendly and isolated, perfect for what we wanted out of our stay.

The home is very convenient to all things Mentone. So nice that there are two suites! We grilled one night and most nights enjoyed a relaxing fire in the screened porch fireplace. Kitchen is very workable for cooking full meals and wifi, TV and setting are great. Our dogs were able to run off lead as the home is about 1000' off the main road on a small lane. Loved the cabin feel and that there were bathtubs! You must see Little River Falls - take water shoes & play in the mountain water!

I loved my stay at Lindsey's - I was there for a week on a writing retreat during one of the coldest times of winter but I was comfy and cozy in the cabin. The surrounding area is beautiful and it was really peaceful there. I particularly appreciated being able to bring my dog with me! We were delighted to meet the friendly neighbor dogs when they stopped by one day. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I'm sure I'll be back in a warmer season to enjoy more of the wrap-around porch!

We loved our stay at The Tadpole! It was cozy and private. Fresh eggs were incredible! We will definitely be back when the main pond is stocked with fish... the creek bank was a little challenging for fishing. Patrick was very attentive to us during the stay, even reaching out when there was difficult weather.

We had a great time. The place was relaxing and close to everything in Mentone. Very clean and cozy. Would recommend!

We were looking for a quick weekend getaway and Paulina's Lucky Lodge was the perfect accommodations for myself, my mother, aunt and 2 cousins. She welcomed our four legged family members as well! It was a home away from home for us as we explored the nearby falls and towns and of course Guntersville Lake/Tennessee River area. I could not ask for a better hostess who made sure we were taken care of. The cabin was pristine and a comfortable place for us to come back to after our adventures. We look forward to staying at Lucky Lodge again soon!

Ashley was very responsive and gave great directions. We enjoyed it so much we added another day. Ashley was quick to accommodate us.

Great place to stay for a fisherman or jsut a weekend getaway.

The place is great! Clean, easy stay. The parking is very good for one boat. Easy with two and serviceable with 3 which is what we had.

This cabin was just what we had in mind, close to Lake Guntersville and Restaurants. We were there for the Hydrofest. The cabin was just like the photos cute and cozy and clean. We stayed 3 nights and it was nice to come back to the AC after being outside all day. Slept good. Everything we needed was there, even made our own ice to put in the cooler every morning. Be sure to read welcome book on desk, lots of good info. If you are looking for a place near Guntersville check out the Duffy Cabin. I did have a 3RD place finish in the Stock Outboard Marathon Race. My husband and I wanted to get away for our 1 year anniversary and found Dawn's place close to all the hikes we wanted to go to in Fort Payne. Super cute and cozy however I will say if you are older with not so good knees, it will definitely be hard to climb the steep stairs to the bed (even us young folks struggled to get up & down.) Also not many places to lounge inside other than the bed. Couch is small & firm but reasonable for the space inside. Definitely a cute airbnb close enough to Little River Canyon Falls & Desoto State Park!

First, David is fantastic to work with! Very responsive and helpful! Honey Hole was the perfect place for our fishing trip and we had a fantastic time. I will say that the pictures do not do this place justice. Very updated, immaculately clean, and an excellent location near one of our favorite boat ramps. I would not hesitate to stay here again or any other of D&E Landing's properties!

It was a nice little place for my wife and myself. Was fairly close to everything within a 20 minute drive or less. Right down the road from a boat launch and a great bait/tackle shop

The cabin was beautiful and clean, the location was very quiet and relaxing. The scenery from the back porch was wonderful too. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to unwind and relax.

If you are looking for a secluded location, you found. At first, it may feel like you are completely cut off. There are a few surrounding properties, but are far enough away for privacy. So, so peaceful!! My wife and I truly loved this property and highly recommend! Thanks Patrick for being a kind courteous host!!
