The apartment is located in a family home. Three minutes to the bus stop, 10 minutes to downtown Erlangen. Shopping facilities within walking distance. It consists of a large cozy bedroom/living room, a separate kitchen with dining room and a bathroom with shower. Refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and microwave, as well as basic equipment (plates, cutlery, spices, etc.) are available. The landlord lives directly in the house and is always available.

The self-serviced room can be accessed directly via the staircase without passing through private rooms. The wooden house is located in a small town between Forchheim and Erlangen (bus 208 to Erlangen approx. every 30 min). Local shopping: 1 restaurant, 1 bakery, 1 butcher, 1 small grocery store, 3 doctors.

You will stay on a former farm with a listed, 420-year-old barn, which we have lovingly renovated. You will stay in a completely independent part of the barn with a private entrance. On the ground floor, there is a large living-dining kitchen. On the second floor is the bedroom and a cozy sofa corner that invites you to relax. It's rare to find a place that's both historic and one-of-a-kind.
