All the main points of contact are close by. Supermarket, bakery, post office,...all in 2 minutes by car or a 20-minute walk. Also the bus stop is right next to us. Dining options are within a 2-minute walk of the apartment. For hiking, you can start directly from the house, e.g. our local mountain - Bruges - from which you have a great panoramic view. Or our beautiful waterfall. From 3 nights in summer there is the Bregenzerwald card - free cable cars and bus ride.

The Baldauf apartment offers its guests light-flooded rooms and a feel-good atmosphere on one floor. The holiday apartment is located in the middle of the Bregenzerwald in the sunny municipality of Lingenau. It offers space for two people with its 35 sqm living space. The apartment was newly and modernly furnished in the summer of 2019 with kitchen (2 induction plates, oven, fridge, dishwasher), shower, toilet, sink and a double bed. The apartment also has its own large terrace with wonderful views and an adjacent green meadow.

We are a family with two children (9 and 15 years) and live in the center of a small nice village. The accommodation to be booked is an inlay apartment in our residential building. Here in the village there are 2 inns and a small shop where you can find everything you need. Soccer field and playground are around the corner. We have beautiful views over the Rhine Valley.
