With great enthusiasm, we have renovated our old mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we now rent out. The house is located in a lively neighborhood, a 5-minute walk to the city center and a 4-minute walk to the train station, from where you can reach Amsterdam Centraal in 34 minutes. The apartment has been recently and carefully renovated and equipped with all comforts, entirely for private use with balcony.

The cottage is very cozy and complete and has a lovely terrace in the greenery, while you are only 200 meters from the center of Alkmaar and 10 minutes walk to the station. Walking distance to the cheese market, shops, restaurants, bars and monuments but the courtyard feels peaceful and secluded. Good base to explore Amsterdam, tullip fields, old villages, dunes and the nearby beaches! The house was lovingly renovated with a new kitchen, a modern bathroom, and antique details for a luxurious yet charming feel.

You enter the apartment through the hall with toilet. The bathroom is adjacent to the master bedroom. Through the last door you enter the spacious living room with kitchen. In the living room is the staircase to the second floor where the "children's" bedroom is with a headroom of 180 cm.

De Buizerd: a super cozy, spacious guest house in the tail of a West Frisian stolpboerderij overlooking the meadows, located close to the beach and the dunes of Bergen and Schoorl. This spacious and cozy house sleeps six adults and/or children. For example, a family with two children and grandparents (who have their bedroom and private bathroom downstairs). Or a group of friends looking for a nice location for their annual get-together weekend.

The holiday house is located on the North Holland Canal. The house is not very quiet, but cozy and centrally located to Alkmaar, Bergen and Schoorl. Very suitable for girlfriend clubs, bicycle clubs and families, who do not want to be in a holiday park. The house has many original details, which makes it atmospheric and characteristic. The house is connected to the owner's home, but there is plenty of privacy and a spacious private garden.
