The location of the apartment in the beautiful Chiemgau, surrounded by mountains and the very nearby swimming lakes, but also the proximity to the cities of Salzburg, Burghausen and Tittmoning with their castles and historic old towns, means there is no time to get bored.

Spacious apartment, centrally located but quiet between the town center and the lake. In addition to the ideal location, the apartment scores with family friendliness, new furnishings and great views of the countryside with balcony. Ideal for 4 adults or a family. We live in the house with two lovely dogs. On site, we collect the obligatory visitor's tax in cash: persons over 16 years of age: 2 euros per night. Children (6-15): 1 euro per night.

The 70 m² apartment is located in the beautiful Chiemgau Alpine foothills with mountain views. It has a conservatory, south balcony and terrace with seating and fire pit. There is a double bedroom upstairs and a sofa bed (for 2 people) on the first floor. Optionally, a folding mattress can be provided. The parking space in front of the property is free to use.

Our vacation home was completely renovated in 2019 and is very close to the lake. With 2 SUPs, small boat, sauna, rain shower, bathtub, mountain and lake views, wooden terrace, balcony, fenced garden, electric car charging station.
