Tiny house in a secluded location between 2 ponds with boat

Come to this incomparable retreat in the middle of nature. We offer a small wooden house between our 2 ponds, on one of which there is a small rowing boat. In the cottage is a comfortable double bed, a seating area and the possibility to cook with a camping stove - but there is no electricity and no running water in the cottage. At the cottage is a small sink. Outside there is a barbecue area, hammock and seating. Bathroom for exclusive use is at the top of the farm.

Die Ferienwohnung ist im 2023/24 neu renovierten Dachgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten großen Hauses ( nach einen Großbrand 2022 im Haus wurde alles von Grund auf saniert) . Sie ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und bietet viel Platz auch für Familien mit Kindern. WLAN, TV und eine Spielecke gehören zur Ausstattung. Ebenso eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Hunde können mitgebracht werden, es gibt zwei Katzen im Haus: Mimi und Sally.

The approximately 50 square meters large, bright and spacious apartment is located absolutely close to the old town in the attic of our house from the 18th century. The apartment was recently refurbished and fully equipped with high-quality carpenter's furniture. The beautiful Landshut Old Town can be reached on foot in just two minutes. The way to the centre leads through the magnificent city park along the Isar River or simply over the Isar Bridge.

This newly equipped, modern apartment with more than 100 square meters of living space is located in a two-family house with a large terrace and very large garden. The apartment is located in the idyllic village of "Maria Thalheim". There you will find a baker (with daily necessities), a butcher and an Italian restaurant with beer garden in the immediate vicinity. In summer, the natural swimming lake (walking distance) invites you to swim and relax.

Piano for practicing and composing in the apartment. Tiny house feeling / everything is available. Dogs are allowed. My place is close to the thermal spa Erding (15 min. Footpath). The city park with petting zoo is in the immediate vicinity. Munich airport is 15 minutes away. The old town of Erding with good shopping, cozy inns with good standard fare or restaurants with fine cuisine is within walking distance in 20 minutes.The place is good for couples and families. Your four-legged family members are also welcome.

Basement apartment in the countryside, 10 minutes to the fair

Our basement apartment in a beautiful green location with the best connection to the city center, the airport and the fair can accommodate 4 to 5 people. The two bedrooms have large and cozy beds. The new elegant bathroom has an extra large shower. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials. All rooms have windows, which allows fresh air and plenty of light to enter the apartment.

In the house, the flair of the 50s is preserved. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can relax wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For guests, the 1st and 2nd floor are reserved and connected to the stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studio rooms.
