It has 3 independent bedrooms, a bathroom, and a shower room, a living/dining room with a south facing balcony overlooking the massif. The apartment must be returned in a clean state.

The centre of Arc 1800 is about 700 metres down the road. The chalet is a typical ski chalet in a quiet setting, with easy access to the slopes and the centre of Arc 1800.
