Without overlooking, refurbished in July 2021, it is located at the foot of the slopes (ESF, sale of packages at 50 m) and close to all shops and restaurants. Featuring a balcony, it has unobstructed views of the forest. Winter and summer, this studio has everything you need for a great vacation. Cleaning is included in the rate.

Cozy 21 m² studio in the valley, in the center of the village of Landry. It's located at the back of our house. Ideal location for a short trip for a couple or solo traveler to avoid the crowds on the roads on Saturday for the ascent to the station. You will be a 2-minute walk from the shuttles: - Landry - Bourg Saint Maurice Funicular, - Landry Peisey If by car: - 15 minutes from Peisey - 10 minutes from Montchavin (La Plagne ski area) - 10 minutes from the Funicular (direct access to Les Arcs).

All shops and services are at the foot of the building. No car needed once you get there.

Le Moulin de Trouillette 35 m2

Cozy 35 m2 apartment on the ground floor of an old oil mill renovated in the 50s. The house is located in a small hamlet of the village of Séez, 3 km from the Bourg St Maurice Les Arcs TGV station To get to the resort near the house, a free shuttle takes you either to the Écudets chairlift 2 km away to go up to La Rosière, France-Italy international domain, or to Bourg-Saint-Maurice to take the funicular to go up to the Les Arcs resort.

25 m2 studio in the resort center. Access to slopes via elevator. From winter 2026/2027, you will have access to a ski locker. Well-equipped to cook. Bedroom area in the hallway, at the entrance: 1 double bed + 1 double bed in height (mezzanine). We accept short stays and arrivals/departures any day of the week. We are not onsite and therefore each tenant must carefully clean the studio.
