In principle, ski in/ski out with only a 100 meters to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (included in Åre's lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, grocery store and the ski bus into Åre (in operation during the ski season). Small house in the countryside.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in Västerkälen outside Krokom. The house is out in the countryside without neighbors, except for the residential house. Close to the mountains, fishing and berry picking. About 1 hour by car to the magical mountain world in summer and winter, about 25 minutes by car to central Östersund with a large selection of restaurants and other pleasures. Large and nice sauna is available in the yard, we charge a fee for it, which is paid in advance. Pets are allowed, but not cats due to allergies.

Brattland Ski/Bike Lodge Åre (annex) By Sauna

Brattland bike/ski lodge is beautifully located above the E14, about 8 km from Åre village. Car parking is available at the houses. By car, it takes ten minutes to the village. If you want to take the bus, you can get down to the stop at the E14. You can bring skis or snowboards on the bus. In addition to skiing and cycling, you can go hiking, fishing, dog sledding, rent snowmobiles and a variety of other activities. You can go directly from the house to hiking trails and cross-country cycling. If you have any questions, you can call us and ask.

Carefully renovated log cabin from the 1850s, with views and ski trails among lakes, forests and meadows, 50 km northwest of the city of Östersund in Jämtland. 10 km to gas station, kiosk, recycling station, pizzeria/Thai restaurant in Tulleråsen. 15 km to grocery store, health center, hairdresser, dentist, car workshop in Änge. 20 km to the ski slope for children in Almåsa and 40 km to the larger ski slope in Åkersjön with popular mountain hotel. Starting outside the cottage, there is a sledding hill and ski trails of various lengths.

In the middle of beautiful Jämtland you will find this cozy cottage in a beautiful landscape. This cottage of about 50 sqm has what you can wish for and need for a time vacation or relaxation. Light a fire in the lovely fireplace and set up a fun game. The surroundings offer skis both downhill and length, hiking and snowmobile opportunities. Only 5 km away you will find Almåsa and Änge cross-country tracks. Several different hiking trails with wonderful views as well as bird towers are nearby.

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.
