Very clean and functional accommodation. We did not lack anything during our stay. House in a very quiet neighborhood and with a very nice garden. Beaches and shops easily accessible by bike. Alban is a very responsive and caring host to ensure a smooth stay.

Clean and nicely decorated studio in a calm neighborhood. The host is very nice and responsive. It's on the way of Vélodysée and 20 minutes to the city center of Les Sables.

We had a great time, the house is perfect for spending time with family. The garden is large and enjoyable. The bedding is great, the kitchen has everything you need. The added bonus: the trampoline!

It is a beautiful studio in a very good location, well-equipped, with an elevator and a beautiful sea view. Breakfast facing the sea on the very pleasant balcony. Not a lot of restaurants all around and a pedestrian street with lots of shops for shopping fans and foodies, several ice cream parlors in this street. One night booked to take a simple break on the way. We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment's equipment (many towels + gloves, cotton buds, pharmacy, several pillows, etc.), as well as by the small touches (brioches, spread, orange juice, milk, cold water, etc.). Having rented a lot of apartments, I've rarely seen this, especially in this budget. Plus, the apartment is really very clean, worthy of a good hotel. The parking space is right in front of the apartment, which allows you to settle in very quickly. Thanks again, and see you soon!

We stayed at Marie Odile's with our two children. The apartment: Very beautiful, stunning ocean views, comfortable. It is also very well-equipped. There's absolutely everything there! The residents of the building are also lovely. And then Marie Odile, a great host, who makes sure everything is okay, who checks in on you. Go without hesitation! We strongly recommend and will come back back.

The apartment is in a great location, it is only 100m to the beach. Next to the house, the dunes start right away and it's nice and quiet. From the loggia, you can see the sea. Around the corner is a fish and seafood shop, so you can stock up right there and cook in the fully equipped kitchen. The private parking is a nice bonus. Within walking distance there is only one restaurant and no direct shopping, apart from the Firschmarkt, but that did not bother us.

Accommodation rented for a weekend for the Ironman of the Sands. Accommodation conveniently located near the Place du Vendée Globe where the bike park is located. 15 min walk to downtown/swimming start. The apartment was very clean, the bedding comfortable etc... Close to the railway line but few passages = not annoying at all... A closed garage in the basement very convenient (only small vehicle). Finally, Irene is very kind and accommodating for check-in and checkout times.
