We had a pleasant and great stay at this beautiful house. We enjoyed the calm and especially the pool which is invigorating. The house was spotless and a peaceful atmosphere emanated from it. Patrick and Nadine are very welcoming hosts and it was a pleasure to spend time with them. We can only recommend this place

We had a great time in a charming house, located in a peaceful area, very close to the beach and shops by car. Loïc and Johanna's welcome was warm, and the house was spotless, perfectly equipped with everything you needed to feel at home. Thank you very much to them for their kindness and availability.

This is a lovely never home. Very comfortable for our group of 3 couples. It is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. We enjoyed the pool on our one sunny day and enjoyed sitting on patio all three days we were there. I will note that the grill provided is charcoal and and the briquettes were not provided- so if you want to grill outside plan ahead. However the applique ces were excellent including a 7 burner stove. So we just grilled inside!

We had a great time at this charming place. Ideal location in the cool forest. But be careful anyway for those more sensitive to heat in summer, there is no air conditioning and everything is made of bay windows. Also, beware of my arachnophobic friends, this type of accommodation is a little challenging. Otherwise, the accommodation is very charming and comfortable, although the two additional bedrooms are quite cramped for anything other than children.

Very nice house, spacious bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets on each floor. The exterior is sublime and the outdoor kitchen (very functional) is really very practical and friendly. We had a wonderful weekend by the pool! Thank you Olivier for the warm welcome!

We had a great time at Elsa and Julien's house! It is fully equipped, very clean and really super nice - Perfect for a family vacation. The children loved the many games available (special mention for the turntable and the garden hut)! Thank you both so much for your warm welcome and availability!

We are delighted with our stay at Julien's! In addition to being functional, the house allows everyone to have their privacy, with rooms far enough apart from each other arranged around the living room, very nice, bright and nicely furnished / decorated. The place is very quiet, the only "noise" heard was that of the ocean, behind the pine forest that borders the back of the property, a real delight! Julien is responsive and available for any necessary information. We would have liked to stay longer!

Very pleasant accommodation for families and close to everything. Very pleasant communication and very flexible hosts. I would recommend it!

The house is beautifully decorated and equipped, very spacious and bright, has a huge garden and is wonderfully quiet between fields and forests. Contis - with its great beach and small town center for strolling and many nice restaurants - is easily reached in about 15 minutes by car, or also by bicycle, via mostly quiet paths, along small towns. The house is ideal for families with children, for relaxing, hiking, cycling and much more. Bayonne and Bordeaux - and also other beautiful cities - are easily reached in a day trip. I'm already looking forward to my next vacation at Gudi and Stéphane's house ☺️

The house is spacious and very well-equipped, the pool is very nice! The many bathrooms and toilets are a real plus when you live at 8. The only slight "downside" is that the house overlooks a fairly busy road but on the other hand the windows insulate very well from noise and in the evening there are fewer cars anyway so it didn't bother us too much.

We stayed at Florian's for a family vacation. The size of the house as well as its terraces were very nice for the group of people we were. We enjoyed the large outdoor table as well as the 2 barbecues available. The kitchen is a great place for collective living! The location of the house is very convenient because it's close to the beach and the city center by bike but not on foot. The only point we liked the least is the location of the house because it is in a cluster of houses and close to the neighbors. Each bedroom has a bathroom and this is very nice. We liked the choice of two bedrooms with double beds and the other two with single beds.

Had a great time at Stéphanie's place. Listing was clean, very well equipped and as described. The location is perfect, quiet and close to everything I needed. Stéphanie was a caring, responsive and warm host, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend her place and would not hesitate to come back!

Beautiful house ideally located between Contis and Mimizan. The closest beach is L'Espécier…just beautiful. We spent 4 ideal days between rest and walks by the sea in this well-equipped house in the shaded park. We recommend. Thank you Fabien for your responsiveness.

We had a more than perfect stay in the blue house. Decor, equipment, location, etc. everything was perfect. We had unforgettable moments for our girls' stay on the terrace and around the pool in a villa and an idyllic setting. And the outdoor bathroom, what a joy! Well done We thank Sébastien for his responsiveness, his flexibility. Great concierge who was able to advise us and respond to all our requests, whether before to prepare our stay and our activities or during it. We'll be happy to go back and recommend "la maison bleue" and of course our host!

We had an excellent month-long stay! The location is fantastic—peaceful yet close to so many activities. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making our stay very comfortable. Despite visiting in winter, we stayed active and had an incredible time. We went surfing, horseback riding, and even took a discovery flight at a nearby airport on a small aircraft! The ocean is about 8 km away, which is perfect for runners and cyclists, as there are plenty of well-maintained paths to explore. If you’re looking for adventure or just a quiet retreat, this place has it all. I highly recommend it and would love to come back!

Beautiful location. So very peaceful and within easy walking distance to a lovely lake and beach. Really nice house and gardens. I would recommend. We only got 2 towels between 4 of us and no hand towels, which wasn’t a big deal but 4 would have been nice.

Beautiful location opening out on a forest full of singing birds. Great amenities in town ie grocery and amazing bakery. Excellent location for day trips .

If you are looking for a perfect retreat, this is the place for you, as it is located near Les Bourdaines. Together with our dog, we spent 9 days in this great apartment. It impresses with a very appealing interior (exactly as in the pictures), a very comfortable bed and a beautiful outdoor area with a view of the pine forest in front of it. We would particularly like to emphasize the cleanliness, the good and high-quality kitchen equipment and the good service from Guillaume.

Villa Atlantis is a great choice for a family holiday. Our party consisted of seven adults and four children and there’s plenty of room for everyone. The pool was a enjoyed by all and is big enough to swim a little if exercise is required. Communication with Nicolas was extremely prompt and always very helpful. Recommended.

Very nice house on the edge of the forest. Everything exactly as in the pictures. Tasteful and practical. We felt totally comfortable!

Very nice spacious appartement, had everything we needed also for our toddler. The spa conflable in the garden was the highlight! Quiet neighbourhood, close walking distance to some restaurants and the beach. Benoît was very friendly and we got always a quick response to our questions. Would totally recommend staying there!

We had a great weekend in Biscarrosse. The house is very nice, especially the outside when the weather is nice, it is very functional. There are shops nearby within walking distance. Beatrice is available and flexible on arrival time, we recommend it!
