All amenities are within walking distance. Bakery, supermarket… A cycle path connects Bénesse Maremne to Capbreton / Hossegor / Seignosse. Feel free to take your bikes to explore the area.

Bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Equipped kitchen: coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer. Living room with TV. Outside you will find a semi-covered terrace with wooden table, sun loungers, clothes rack.
