Our forest villa, completed in 2025, is surrounded by numerous pine trees and is located directly in the coastal forest just 200m away from the beautiful sandy beach of the lakeside resort Lubmin. This is a unique wood-clad architectural house, consisting of two units that can be combined with each other. Together with the house "Gustav" and the adjacent tiny house "Franz", our modern forest villa can accommodate up to 9 guests in a unique environment directly in the pine forest.

From here you can take long walks to the two well-maintained sandy beaches (within walking distance about 10 minutes). It is also very suitable as a starting point for a wide range of bike rides. Our Landhaus Elma is in a quiet location in the village of Vilmnitz, not far from the city of Putbus and the Greifswald Bodden. The half-timbered house is located on a large garden property. It has a sunny terrace overlooking the idyllic countryside, a large garden area and its own parking space. The house has a living area of about 120 square meters, extends over 3 levels and is equipped for 8 people.
