Modern design meets fantastic location: The 89m² apartment 'YOLO' can accommodate 2-5 people and is located in the exclusive apartment house "FIRST Sellin," which opened in 2018. The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

Small duplex apartment in a vacation complex with 4 houses of 6 apartments each. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, single dishwasher, toaster, kettle and egg cooker, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker and dishes for up to 6 people. A children's travel bed and highchair are available. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement, but these are used by all residents for a fee/coin-operated. A parking place is available.

A small cozy apartment on the edge of the Granitz Forest under the hunting lodge, between Binz and Sellin, awaits you. Quiet, ecological and consciously equipped without TV and internet, it offers a time to switch off. It is cozy for two, but with a sofa bed in the kitchen it is also possible for 1 more person. Forest, Baltic Sea, lagoon, various Mönchgut - everything nearby and ready to be explored by you. 2 bikes are available. Feel welcome

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

The small former fischermen´s viallage Neu Reddevitz is situated in the beautiful biosphere reserve Southeast-Rügen. There are only 70 m between the house and the stony calm beach. It is located in a hidden area in the middle of our garden.
