The FIRST is one of the first addresses of the Baltic Sea resort Sellin and is only a few meters from the main beach and the historic pier. Unique highlights include the heated panoramic swimming pool and saunas on the roof of FIRST Sellin, as well as the outdoor pool in the dunes.

You have a breathtaking view directly on the water. Simply unwind, relax in your own sauna, go swimming, take a walk - relaxation is guaranteed!

Small duplex apartment in a vacation complex with 4 houses of 6 apartments each. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, single dishwasher, toaster, kettle and egg cooker, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker and dishes for up to 6 people. A children's travel bed and highchair are available. A washing machine and dryer are available in the basement, but these are used by all residents for a fee/coin-operated. A parking place is available.

A small cozy apartment on the edge of the Granitz Forest under the hunting lodge, between Binz and Sellin, awaits you. Quiet, ecological and consciously equipped without TV and internet, it offers a time to switch off. It is cozy for two, but with a sofa bed in the kitchen it is also possible for 1 more person. Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.

With our newest apartment, we try to offer you, your family and friends, a stylish vacation experience in the midst of our beloved island of Rügen. A mix of modern technologies, historical construction, unnecessary gadgets and a facility that only the next generation will have to carry to the bulky waste, should make any rainy days a secret wish. And yes, it's true, we want to make money, but only with your smile.

The 1-room apartment is on the ground floor and has about 36 square meters of living space. The apartment has a king-size box spring bed, a comfortable sitting area, an integrated, fully equipped fitted kitchen, a dining area and a shower room. The sleeping area is visually separated from the living area by a stylish room divider. The apartment has direct access to the sun terrace in the garden.

Vacation house "BlauesHaus"

The small former fischermen´s viallage Neu Reddevitz is situated in the beautiful biosphere reserve Southeast-Rügen. There are only 70 m between the house and the stony calm beach. It is located in a hidden area in the middle of our garden.
