We loved our stay at Giuseppe's place. Had some difficulties initially finding the place but the host was very responsive and helped us find it. The apartment is spacious and has everything needed (especially lovely towels). You can see the beach from the balcony. Train station right next to the building so you can hear the trains but that did not bother us and it was helpful for catching the train. We especially loved that the Via Verde cycle path is basically at the end of the road - our children loved the easy and safe cycle to Vasto marina! All in all we had a great time and would happily come back.

Our stay at Gufo Verde was absolutely wonderful! Franca and Neri are kind and accommodating, and the apartment is without a doubt one of the cleanest and homiest Airbnbs I've ever stayed. The apartment is in a great location, but the backdrop of the mountains from the balcony is, "the star of the show". I would not hesitate to recommend Franca and Neri's place to anyone!

The accommodation is in the heart of Francavilla al mare. At the Sirena, this is the hub of this seaside town. 5-minute walk to the beach (soft sandy beach). Via an underpass (under the train tracks) you can easily reach the beach, the world's best ice cream parlor "Tennisbar dal Professore" and various Restaurants. On the side of the accommodation, there are several supermarkets (it is recommended to take the car) The property is located in a corner house, on the upper floor. In the spacious entrance area, the small kitchen is open to the living and dining room, beautifully bright and spacious. Two bedrooms go to the right and the bathroom to the left. From the bedroom windows you can see the sea. All rooms have air conditioning. The apartment is clean, tidy, spacious, centrally located. Small "helpers" such as laundry racks, parasols and brooms make it easier to organize after a nice day at the beach. We thank Elisa for the great accommodation. We will be happy to come back!

Anna was a fantastic host she was so helpful and open to answering a call when we needed . The apartment is wonderful and the veranda was enjoyed very much for lovely dinners . A short walk to the beach . The area is very peaceful and very family friendly and safe. A fantastic host and a fantastic place to spend 2 weeks . Thank you Anna you made us feel very welcome .

We had a great stay. The couple is very responsive. Amazing, fast, accurate , awesome communication! We were able to pick up the accommodation already in the morning at 9am so really very convenient. The Accommodation is great , the sea is right next door! The location is great , the building is very clean. I have nothing to say about the place it was great

Very nice house equipped with all the comforts in an elegant setting with indoor parking, fantastic location, you simply need to cross the road to go to the beach or to reach the bike path and being located in the central Piazza S.Alfonso there are all kinds of activities and services in addition to the various events that are held in the aforementioned square, if you want you can not use the car for the entire stay. I highly recommend it also to families with children for the convenience and tranquility of the place. Mr. Michele, a nice and helpful person, provided us with all the explanations on arrival and remained available even during the stay. An experience to be repeated.

We had a pleasant stay in this apartment, well-furnished and clean. The location is perfect, very central, facing the sea, just a few steps from the beach and close to the station. In addition, there is a wide selection of restaurants and clubs within walking distance. A special applause to Marco, always available and ready to help. We highly recommend it.

Had a great stay in this apartment. We had everything we needed. The washing machine was a god send as were the air conditioners. Lovely local hosts. A tiny negative was having to find parking on the street which was only difficult a couple of times. I would definitely recommend.

Luisa is an impeccable host and the apartment in Pino reflects the description and photos. The sea is only a 5-minute walk away, and the possibility of using umbrellas and deckchairs on a very beautiful beach is highly appreciated. A more than positive experience that we will definitely try again.

Perfect vacation in a dream place! We stayed in this beautiful vacation home for 5 days and we couldn't have asked for more! The house is exactly as described (indeed, even more beautiful in person), very clean, with attention to detail and equipped with every comfort. The location is fantastic, in the hills, with a beautiful view. The house is cool and quiet, equipped with a swimming pool, garden, and indoor parking. A special thanks to Bronis and her husband Mauro, who were very kind and always available, who welcomed us with great warmth and provided us with very useful tips for exploring the area. We had a great time, in a well-kept and clean house, equipped with all the essentials, even for breakfast. The host is present, friendly and available. The sea is a few minutes' walk away: you will find a beautiful pine forest in a protected area and equipped beaches (in moderation) next to large areas that are fortunately left free. This is a lovely place to stay, all mod cons, balcony, facilities, pool (need swimming hat), and really near the beach. Elsa round the corner is a lovely little restaurant on the beach. No bother from the railway nearby. Pizza place down toward the marina on the right is great. Comfy beds, really good bathroom.
