WHAT A PARADISE! Villa Kore is truly a home away from home. My husband and I stayed for 3 weeks and we never wanted to leave. Francesco and Teresa are such wonderful hosts as well as kind and caring people. Teresa’s English is excellent and she was able to book us into whatever we needed, be it wine tasting or a cooking class, she sent us to the most fun places! Her restaurant recommendations were also amazing. The villa itself is so wonderful with a beautiful fountain, a tennis court with real grass that we played tennis on everyday, the pool is perfectly satisfying and the property itself is just fantastic to spend time in. We cooked at home many nights because everything is provided for your cooking needs and we really wanted to stay home and enjoy the property. I felt 100% safe as the entire property is gated with an electric gate to get in and out. It’s walking distance to some out of this world beaches! Would highly recommend! Can’t wait to visit again.

First off, we had an amazing time at this Airbnb and we can greatly recommend it to anyone wanting to vacation in Vibo Marina or the surrounding area. The place: Roccos home, and especially its teracce, is even more stunning than the pictures suggest. Enjoying our breakfast on the terrace in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening was one of the highlights of our stay. Inside you had every amenity you could want for a comfortable vacation: A/C in every room, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washing machine, a large fridge with built in ice trays and even an outdoor shower inbetween palm trees. There was nothing left to be desired. The location: Theres a beautiful beach just a few steps from the house. There you can rent beach chairs, parasols and pedal boats. The beach also has a kiosk, very fine sand and a gentle slope that let's you walk far into the water without having to swim. The house is located in walking distance from all the bars, restaurants and cafes of Vibo Marina. If you don't feel like driving to the next town you have plenty of option to get delicious pizza, pasta, fish, etc. or a lovely breakfast with cornetto and caffè. Also in walking distance is the train station of Vibo Marina. We were easliy able to spend our vacation there without a car. Theres a direct train line from Lamezia Terme to Reggio di Calabria with stops in Pizzo, Vibo Marina, Tropea, etc. The trains were very punctual and navigation and booking is straightforward with the trenitalia App. The host: Rocco was one of, if not the best host I've ever had on Airbnb. He was incredibly friendly, quick to respond and very accommodating. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. Overall Rocco made our stay all the more special and we are very happy to have chosen his home as our stay in Calabria.

Luca's art-filled villa was beautiful and very grand in it's day. Luca himself was very friendly, giving us local recommendations and allowing a later check out. He was very helpful with any issues we encountered and responded swiftly to all communication. It was very helpful that Luca has excellent English! The location of the villa is fantastic for the local beaches, restaurants and towns, and has large off street parking.

It was a great choice for a few quiet and peaceful days. The house where you can relax surrounded by nature, the wonderful sea that you can reach in 8-10 minutes, smiling and caring hosts... They also provided solutions to every need we had in the shortest time. It was the best house and the best host for the houses we have stayed in so far. I recommend it wholeheartedly to everyone. We were very pleased.

Manuel's place is a beautiful structure on the Ionian state road, the house is renovated with a livable outdoor space. The furniture is very simple. Great for a beach house. Manuel is an excellent landlord, responsive to all requests and really very kind, he is a security because he can solve the problems that may occur during a stay. The house is in a unique location, just open a gate and you're practically on the beach. The beaches are very spacious and very clean, the sea is really nice. A great strength beyond the location is the air conditioning of the entire house with the possibility of being able to regulate the temperature in every room and have the feeling you are in a cool room but without the direct air of the air conditioner. The town lends itself to a classic vacation in the sign of rest and tranquility. The car is recommended to allow visits to the various neighboring countries. I will definitely be back

It was our first visit to Tropea and we chose Carlo’s place because of its location and spaciousness. We certainly appreciated that. On the less positive side: the hot water went out three times during a one week stay. It was adressed immediately by the host and usually back in working order later that day. The view was spectacular, and breakfast on the terrace was indeed very pleasant. I would stay there again, but considering we visited out of season, the price was on the high side.

Lovely space, located within walking distance to lovely restaurants,beach and local shops. Everything from check in to check out ran smoothly. Thanks a for a great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Marco’s amazing home on the beach. What made our 4 days stay extra special in the downstairs apartment was the very comfortable bed, the new kitchen with everything we needed, the ample outdoor space and the beautiful beach right in front of us.

Thank you for the pleasant stay! Pawel was always available and had good tips, e.g. for restaurants and a solution for a second parking space. All in all good value for money. Coffee machine was unfortunately defective during our stay, luckily there were still alternatives (French Press) in the well-equipped kitchen. Otherwise, we had a great time! Best regards

We had a wonderful time at Villa Anna. We were a party of 9 with plenty of room. The outdoor area was really great, the pool, outdoor kitchen and even the outdoor showers. Our host was very helpful and attentive. She arranged for a chef to come cook for us one night and teach us how to make pasta. We had a really great time. We would love to go back again.

Incredible environment and a very nice house! Perfect for larger groups and the service was great.

Absolutely great villa where spend your vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in Ornella’s Villa. The house is beautiful and well laid out. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. The en-suite bedroom was great and they had a cot and high chair there too. It is the perfect place for entertaining. Two beautiful outdoor areas to eat. It is a five minute walk to the beach but we found it difficult to leave the Villa because the pool was so amazing. Highly recommend staying here.

The house is amazing, it is located literally meters from the private beach, The court yard in front is perfect for some relaxation and is large enough to allow the kids to play. The beach has very warm crystal clear water. Manuela is absolutely spectacular! She went above and beyond any previous host to ensure our stay was perfect. I literally messaged her multiple times a week with various questions and she never once hesitated to make sure that everything was answered to my satisfaction. In addition to that, she made us an amazing reservation for a private boat to see the Aeolian Islands for the day and to see the eruptions of Stromboli at night. Manuela also made us dinner reservations in Tropea for the nights that we stayed. The wine that she gave us is now one of my favorites and I will definitely be ordering more for my family and friends. —— The house is incredible, it is literally meters from the private beach, The courtyard in front is perfect for a little relaxation and is large enough to allow children to play. Lovely home and friendly hosts!

We had a peaceful and enjoyable family time at this place. The accommodation is exactly as described and has hosted us very comfortably (4 people). The beautiful terrace with sea views and the private beach in the immediate vicinity guarantee to make the most of a privileged geographical location and one of the most beautiful coastline in all of Calabria. Lucia was a perfect and considerate host: responsive, cordial, accommodating and providing advice to ensure a successful stay. It was a very nice way to close our summer vacation and an experience that we will be delighted to repeat in the future.

Overall this place was exactly as advertised. Beautiful views and and amazing outdoor area that we took full advantage of, including the relaxing outdoor shower. Private parking and a quick drive to anywhere you needed to get to. I would highly recommend staying here 10/10

Peace, tranquillity AND privacy, not spoiled even by the occasional music from Zambrone resorts below. A family of 4 adults & 1 young child, we managed to get around in quite extreme heat without a car using local trains & the occasional taxi but the climb from beaches to the Villa is challenging! Scooters might be good. No oven but induction hob, sandwich toaster & kettle for cooking but we managed fine without. Swimming pool more for dips than meaningful lap swimming but often we had it to ourselves. The air con couldn't quite cope with the heat of late July/early August but then neither could we:) We LOVED the big garden swing, the amazing views of the coast & the SUNSETS! Markus is a really considerate host who responded quickly whenever necessary. And Francesco offers great local support. Our arrival flight was delayed so Francesco needed to be at the Villa late at night to greet us and he was really welcoming and helpful. A lovely place to stay.

Girolamo's house is a paradise: spacious and extremely clean! The amenities inside and out are high quality and tidy. The outdoor area is also spacious and very well maintained, we sat very comfortably outside - whether by the pool or under the large roof - wonderful! The pool is of course a pleasant luxury. It's the best vacation home we've ever had in Calabria. The surroundings are quiet, supermarket close by, beach and restaurants can be reached by car in a few minutes. Girolamo is so hospitable - thank you! There was always nice, easy contact. It is important to him that his guests are doing well. The reception was extremely warm - with drinks in the fridge and food in the closet. Actually, we never wanted to leave... ;-) Thank you for this special and beautiful accommodation and the warmth!

Beautiful house in the middle of the green, surrounded only by olive groves and fruit trees, wildlife, crickets. If you love peace & seclusion, this is the place. You're really all alone here, far from civilization. The view of the sea from the terrace is fantastic. The apartments are stocked with everything you could need. Outdoor grill and pool are great options, but we were also a lot on the beautiful beaches of the surrounding area. Ilario is great and gave many recommendations, especially the restaurant Le Zagare we liked very much (delicious pizza!).

Fulvia was very sweet and helpful. We could just ask her anything, and if there was anything we needed, she would take care of it. The house is very beautiful, but the kitchen equipment is a little sparse. Fulvia, however, helped us with what we asked for.

Our stay at Constantino was exceptional and went far beyond our expectations. Upon arrival we instantly received a room upgrade, as there had been difficulties with our former room. The staff welcomed us with open arms and made us feel at home. The room contained all the necessary features. Our several dinners and lunches at their own restaurant granted us a great dining experience, making our stay unique and memorable. The food was delicious and beyond that sustainable. The villa also provided us with exquisite scenic views and a clean pool. We were also very glad that the towels were exchanged every 3 days. They also offer the possibility of booking breakfast, which we took advantage of and had every day. It is possible to have a sweet or a savory breakfast. Furthermore, we had no difficulties finding our way from the main station to the villa, however it comes in handy to have access to a car in order to be able to go to the 10km far away beach or to explore Calabria.💚🤍❤
