Tiny studio (bedroom with kitchen area, plus bathroom) recently renovated, in an elegant building, clean and quiet, just next to Via del Pratello, one of Bologna's most interesting areas. A few steps away you'll find all sort of shops (bus, supermarket, bars, restaurants). It can comfortably host two guests and the kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils. Second floor, no elevator. We often use the place ourselves, so it is not managed by professionals. No air conditioning.

The B&B "I Falchi Pellegrini" is located on the Via degli Dei in an independent villa surrounded by greenery. It is suitable for the overnight stay of hikers who run the historic Bologna-Florence route and people looking for a stop in the green of the Bolognese Apennines. We are 10 min from the Sasso Marconi motorway toll booth and 5 min from "Vado-Monzuno" station. Breakfast is included. The village is 2 sq km (uphill) from Marzabotto and about 20 sq km from Bologna. Marzabotto can be reached from Bologna by train or bus. But to get to the village you need to have a car because there is no public transport from Marzabotto to Luminasio.
